My tiles have just been delivered and so far everything is good. They won't get laid for a month but they are just what I was looking for.

Purchased Flat Matt White Ceramic Wall Tiles - 40x25cm, however no wax protection between tiles & obvious signs of uniform abrasion on quite a lot of tiles purchased.

I only needed one box of tiles but I wanted 3 different colours to copy the image on the website. When I called the sales team they said only sold a box as one colour. But they were really helpful and advised to place the order online, call them back and they will sort getting a mix of of one box sent. Arrived today and really pleased.

I ordered tiles which were great apart from the pervert delivery man who was rude and confrontational. When he suggested I pick up the tiles one or a few at a time I did so but when I bent over he walked into my backside!
I needed to order more tiles which I did they arrived with a friendly delivery man , but 4 of the tiles were broken. The delivery man took a photo and I thought I was going to receive some unbroken tiles which I did not despite emailing twice to complain. Also when some of the tiles were fitted we noticed there were a completely different shade of white!

The ordering was easy and the tiles are nice.
Disappointingly, despite stating when arranging delivery that where we lived would not accommodate a large delivery vehicle, this was what was sent.
This meant that the driver had to park 2 roads away. Luckily I had a builder at my house at the time who drove his pick up truck to the lorry and we loaded them from there into his truck. If he had not been there I don’t know what we would have done. I felt quite sorry for the driver too.
I don’t know why there is an option to say if delivery could be difficult if it is not looked at?

Excellent price and service second to none

Ordered 12 boxes of tiles for the living room but only delivered 9! We needed around 7 more boxes when the order was placed the delivery stated 1st may. Chased them for delivery as no updates, apparently the tiles are out of stock, however they still allowed me to make the purchase online with no indication of the product being out of stock. Eventually after 3 months of chasing and constantly being lied to, the tiles were delivered. AWFUL customer service and they do not refund you the difference instead they ignore your emails regarding refunding the difference. No apology for the delay and inconvenience caused, also they do not deliver the tiles inside they leave them outside your door step. Wouldn't recommend to anyone they need to work on their CS skills and how to manage a business properly.

Josh was very helpful, however I was buying the tiles for the porch floor and after placing my order I changed my mind and cancelled the order via phone and spoke with Josh who cancelled it for me and I await my refund.

Only ordered a sample but have to say cheap good sized sample price, free quick delivery and great quality!

Tiles seemed to be a nicer shade and better quality than TT even though they were £10 cheaper per square metre. Delivered on time.

Tiles arrived and looked fine on visual inspection. They were safely stored and undisturbed until we had the opportunity to install them. It was very disappointing on unpacking to find two tiles unusable (large format tiles) and others chipped.
Especially due to the high delivery cost.
I contacted the Company twice asking for a partial refund for the two tiles as 20% of the order was damaged and have had no response.
Therefore, I would not recommend purchasing from Crown Tiles when it is a distant purchase and there is no way of resolving an issue with them once the order has been received.
I forwarded my emails to Michael following his response to my review and have not received a reply: only compounding my feelings about the poor/non-existent after-sales service!

Brilliant service. Will put any issues right double quick and make sure customers are happy.

Placed order for tiles 3 weeks before I needed them, selected 29/03/24 for delivery. Received call yesterday to say that they could not deliver on that date as it was Easter! They knew it was Easter Friday when I selected date 3 weeks ago, really disappointed, have had to juggle everything around so I will be home to accept delivery which will now be on 02/04. Would not use again.
