So far so good
I've been doing this a few weeks, my money has gone up from £250 to £465 so far, I've not deposited anything yet and I don't no how to anyway, but I'm just watching it grow, I've been asked to deposit a few more hundred but I declined because even tho I've watched it grow I still haven't seen anything back in my back, Dan who's phones me everyday did go quiet for a few days after I declined paying anything else but he said he was busy, I've seen good and bad reviews so I am worried about putting anymore money in, u do have to be handy everyday for a 10 minute talk, Dan asked me to leave a review so here's m6 true thoughts, so far its cost me £150 so its a risk I could, I'll update if I get any money out and how it goes

I am happy with my experience so far
I started using Crownexis after seeing information on the BBC news, and i thought i’d give it a go. The company were helpful right from the beginning, they answered all my questions and worries and made me feel at ease.
My account manager, Hugo, is lovely. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and treats me like a normal person even though i’m not investing hundreds of thousands. He doesn’t make me feel any less because i’m not a big money maker.
I am seeing good successes with the investments, and Hugo’s knowledge and expertise are key to that.

Less Advocacy. I am writing to warn not to invest with unverified online platforms from Facebook ads. I saw an advert for this broker one night. I decided to put a small amount in to test it. I followed the instructions of the people on the site. I sent money from my bank. Later, they said I needed to pay a clearance fee of €38,542 to take my funds out. I wanted my money, so I made the transfer. After that, my account was locked. I ended up losing everything I put in. I felt confused, so I started searching online. At that point, I found another version of the same platform. I noticed differences in the layout and the text. Making it a clear scam.
I went to the police first to report it, but there was no result after some time. Then, I registered a complaint with 'GrayDonLLC'. I sent them my details. The investigation and recovery process involved more than one country, so different offices handled parts of it. It took a very long time. At the end, they secured a financial restitution and I received my money back.

My account number is 410104066 at crownexis, Just for response to the company if they intend to return my money.
I have the same story as many people I asked for withdrawal of 249.99 US dollars and they insist to be BTC address which I have no idea about it and not prepared to learn it.
Simply I asked for my money (small sum just < £200) and they made it impossible to refund to my bank account despite insisting for administration fees to be applied

Do not trust this company at all.
I contacted crownexis on the 14 September 2026 because I saw the advert on how to make money using their AI bot.
Admittedly it was very impressive.
I paid my £120.00 as they asked for.
I slept on it overnight then asked for a refund.
Someone called frank then told me to create a BTC wallet, I explained I didn’t have one.
I went to the customer support side and filled in for my refund, unfortunately this does not process.
I’ve been ripped off so please anyone that’s wanting to trade with these people.
Don’t.
Keep your money in your bank and give them a wide birth, this is a SCAM company.
Don’t trust a word they say to you because all they want from you is your money.
Please be warned.

Repeat spam calls
I asked for information but am now being pestered with 5 calls or more per day from similar but not identical numbers. Fortunately most calls come up as spam. I've asked the callers repeatedly to stop calling. I've blocked at least 10 numbers in the last three days. No genuine company would behave in this way.
