I joined after seeing an advert in FB. Process of registering is easy. I paid £250, few simple requirements and your in. I was assigned a so called Trade or Accounts Manager named Dylan Bennet.(not sure if thats his real name) as I never saw his face. I dare to send me a photo or at least video call but always say no! I was asked to increase my funds so i can increase my trade volume to buy assets, commodities, Nasdaq etc. Dylan is very convincing so I did. Carried on trading for almost 3 months. Last week of June Elon Mask was about to launch his Space X IPO, I was then convinced to buy a package and invest for $10000 promised to earn 300% profit from this. In their own words this is free money and I am a fool not to invest. So I did and transferred the funds in the end after all this amazing words they told me. Few weeks has passed. Then I started asking about my investments and if I can withdraw funds. Things became sour with my account manager Dylan, we had exchange of nasty words in Whatsup by text messages only. I was ignored, no replies to tex messages or calls. Not to mention that they are not easy to get hold of. At this point, I want to liquidate my accounts. One day, a guy called Dorian( again not sure if his real name) called me abd said he is from finance department of Trade 40 and he will help me liquidate my funds amounting to $25000 plus. But first I have to mirror my investments of $10000 so he can proceed and all my funds including the mirror funds will be refunded and I am done with them. He set a date of liquidation. The day comes and I am shocked that another guy called Zack was asking me to pay £14800 more so I can liquidate my funds!!! At this point my heart sank! I am sick and very angry! Then it all dropped to my face and realised that I am being scammed!! They took £15000 in total of my hard earned money and never heard from them again. I reported them to anti fraud team/police and I am still waiting for Revoluts effort of retrieving my funds to this SCAMMERS!!! Rest assured I not stop and it doesn't matter how long it takes! I will get back at them and my end goal is to put them behind bars! I know this a massive ordeal but I am determined to do it! Please do not fall on their nice words and big dreams they are all fake and scammers!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

They are all nicey-nice until you try to cancel your account. Now they refuse to transfer my money back to the UK account they came from. Instead they are forcing me to open a Bitcoin account just to get a withdrawal.

Every payout request I've made on # Trade Governance# has been successful. They simply process the transaction whenever I request it with no roadblocks.

I have been asking hem to return my money from 16th July 2026, but so far I have not been able to get my money.
I have Telephone number, which was given to me, if I wanted to contact them, but, whenever I phone, I do not get to speak to the same person.
I feel this is a feck company so please avoid to make any investment with them.

Avoid at all costs. How it is allowed to trade remains a mystery, but then it is unregulated.
I've waited 9 weeks for a simple refund after over 10 requests. The email and phone details of the guy who constantly tried to get me to deposit more funds is now deleted. If that doesn't give you concerns then it should.
Expect them to now publish a response that they have no records of me in a vain hope of making this look like a hoax review. It isn't. I'll post updates as they occur.
They'll also try to get this review taken down, when everything is factually correct.
Please stay well clear, there are far better service available and regulated services available.

And sure enough the predicted reply arrives. And I've been requested to remove the so-called Success Manager first name, which I have duly done.

Still no return of my funds, attempt to do so, or stated intention to do so. Please, under no circumstances use Trade40.

Avoid at all cost, my account was disabled for months. thankfully dax / guard came through and got me out of these mess

I would not give this company one star. I believe their whole setup is a complete Scam. My advice is to avoid like the plague. They used, what I consider a deep fake social media post to ensnare me and then made it difficult to get out and refund the £200 I deposited!
I have made a report to the fraud/scam team at my bank.

Absolutely disgusted with this so called company. I invested 200.00 after seeing lots of famous people saying how good it was. First account manager left me in the lurch with no contact after a while of constant contact and was rude, Ralph Stern, given another account manager John Miller and he has now done the same, no contact for weeks,link to trade account no longer working, have tried calling and messaging using WhatsApp number as that's all I have and no reply from anyone. Can't withdraw my money as cannot access trade 40 to request it. Don't waste money people, stay well away. Definitely a scam and now I've lost my money. Yvonne .
Trade40 I 💯 have an account with you and I also wouldn't know names of my account manager now would I, however all the WhatsApp messages deleted as were written from John's end and I only had link to get to the site, however this is no longer working either. Give me the new link, let me sign in and then I can request a full withdrawal of my funds, which you can approve, pay me my funds and close my account in full afterwards. My name Yvonne Blundell . And nothing in this review is false and is all factual. As I've said give me the new link to your site so I can log in. And the only harmful or illegal stuff on here is the reply from trade 40. Also I'm not allowed to put my email address on here. I've been in contact with them finally, still not had my money back, or account closed and below is what happened-
I had a call from someone called Milo, John Miller also contacted through WhatsApp, I'm on holiday but agreed for call, John Miller called, didn't help me with withdrawal of my money or closing my account, instead passed me to someone called Jeremy with no contact information, John Miller was then rude and kept saying bye as he only works with people who want to make money. The email that was put in my reply to this is no longer in use and is bouncing emails back. John Miller is no longer replying to me so I am left with them having my money, no contact information to anyone and no call from this so called Jeremy person. And John Miller said to keep an eye on my phone for the call but no time or day given so am I supposed to keep my phone in my hand 24/7 for the rest of my life. If it's not a scam where is my help, support and money 🤔

I invested two lots of money with this firm was making money over the first week, even with drew a £100 pound to make sure it worked, then the hard sell came they wanted me to invest from my pension pot which I was never going too and advised them of this now I get no phone call which I was getting every day before this and now I can’t get into anything on the website or my account just says server down, beware not to be trusted I believe it to be a scam site
The email that they just sent me to get in touch with them because they couldn’t understand why I think this company maybe a scam also bounced back to me

Came across a description of what they seemed to provide and was interested. It seemed to be an online system where you could see what was going on in your own time. Signed up online and almost instantly got a sales call. Asked how they made their money, they didn't know and passed me to a senior salesperson, he stated it was through the spread, which was plausible, I then asked how the shares were held, no valid answer was forthcoming, just the suggestion that I should try it and see. Process as described seemed to be that you did everything through a portfolio manager, not seeing your portfolio and AI suggestions online. Thus everything is done under personal one to one sales pressure. Was transferred back to the initial salesperson who tried to get me to invest the minimum amount there and then. I explained that I needed time to review the information given, and to do my own research. Psychological pressure was then applied by way of saying that the opening were limited and might not be there later, which I said I was happy to risk. In the end I decided there was no clear way they were earning their money or securely holding mine, so I was not happy to invest and decided not to. Other reviews here indicate that I made the right decision.

Be very aware. I'm writing this to protect any others. I've been waiting 7 weeks for a withdrawal of my funds and still nothing. I'm trying to withdraw as they do nothing like what they describe, and I can do it all myself.
Lots of calls trying to sell things and get more deposits at the beginning, but as soon as you want your money back everything goes quiet. V quiet.
My contact Josh (Success Manager), who had no problem contacting me daily at the beginning has now deleted his email and whatsapp account. If this doesn't send alarm bells to others then it should.
There will now be a message from them saying they have no record of me in an attempt to make it look like this is a hoax message. It isn't. I made my concerns known to them at the beginning, especially as they aren't regulated, and sure enough my concerns are true. Please stay well away.
I'll post more as events develop or not, here and elsewhere with all my backed up correspondence from them, and I see this is a very common concern.

And sure enough there is the predicted response that everyone in the same situation gets. But still no returning of funds or offer to do so. Be in no doubt what this organisation has done.
As I've mentioned they have also closed down all contact emails and phone numbers from our previous correspondence.
I will keep everyone posted on this and other review sites and trade publications of progress.
Expect the same response from them in the meantime.

I have reposted this after being contacted by Trade40 to confirm I'm not a malicious 'customer' - LEGITIMATE WARNING: Do not use this company!!!! I stupidly completed an online form for the A.I. product interest and have been bombarded constantly multiple times a day since May-26 (always from a different mobile number) to sign up and pay £200. I constantly ask to be removed from their contact list but the calls will never stop until I complete a 'profile' form. - not a chance are they getting my data or money. Totally unacceptable business practice! - SCAM ALERT - DO NOT USE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Do not invest with this company, its a complete scam. They took my elderly fathers money and then persistently called him with 'updates' until mysteriously the money became bitcoin and couldn't be transferred back to him. Then talk started about how they weren't the original company; that company was fraudulent and they were investigating so all accounts were frozen. Total scam

be very careful about trading with Trade 40. they are very nicey nice until you do something they do not want like trying to cancel the account. They will not transfer your funds back to the UK account that the funds originated from. they insist on you having a Bitcoin account. I am trying to cancel my account but they cannot or will not transfer my funds to my UK account.

The account manager was hard sell and aggressive she demanded additional funds after I had already made the required deposit. They are misleading the public also they are not releasing my funds.

Initially all seemed ok with regular calls from their end, followed by pressure to increase my trades, which I fortunately declined, subsequent calls and messages became brusk with "this isnt going anywhere lets withdraw". I tried to withdraw funds last week recieved an auto reply saying it should take 1 working day, still waiting for my funds and emails are now bouncing back from customer support and no answer on the phone.
Also recieved worrying phone call last week from metatrader saying trade40 had hacked their code and were being investigated for fraud with all funds frozen.
Glad I stuck to my guns and only invested what I could afford to lose, still disapointing though.

Let me be clear! stay away from this platform for trading purposes. They are continuously scamming users. The moment I pressed the confirm button on my withdrawal request, everything fell apart. I turned to Will Betts,,LP, a legal advisory, and they stepped in immediately when these crooks froze my account. Trade40 quickly blocked my support inquiries, and my emails started bouncing back, leaving me completely stranded.

At first I was looking forward to making my money work to get some extra and it looked promising. However after pushing to get extra into my trade 40 account, my manager has since decided not to contact me and I have unanswered texts and calls refused.
I have now been sweating on the funds I have in that account and will hopefully get my message across that I just want to pull out of trading without any regrets. The experience has become traumatic and I want to end this well

Update
I have now spoken with the customer service team and had my complaint satisfactory resolved.

I will continue to trade with them and have been assigned a new customer success manager.

This was initially a good experience which turned negativly quite quickly. First few trades were sucessful. Backed the oil at a really precarious time and balance went to negative £3000.

Big emphasis on me getting out a 10k loan, fortunately I was declined. Lots of calls to advise on trades, when I refused to try again for a loan, very bad advice was given by the account manager, told to invest more 'lots' than I was comfortable with which made my negative £3000 balance spiral into -negative £23k almost overnight. Now nothing is showing in the account and the manager wants me to deposit $1500 so they can get my money back from their insurnace. All transactions are via bitcoin which was suspicious and they claim to be backed by JP Morgan.

However speaking to JP Morgan today they have not heard of them. I've reported to the police. BE VERY CAREFUL. I have to own my mistake, I hope you don't have the same experience as me.

Please note I sent you an email complaint on Wed, Jun 24, 9:49 AM raising my concerns at how I had been treated (only received a delivery notification no response) and I specifically asked to speak with you directly and not the agent.

However the agent did call and asked for money for the insurance and this raised my alarm bells that you didnt action my request for 'non contact from him'. I'm a disabled and vunerable woman and feel really awful with myself for allowing this to happen in the 1st place. I really dont feel comfortable in speaking with him as I feel presured. I will only converse with you at customer services moving forward.

The platform Trade40 is a hoax- A scam being promoted on social media, if not anywhere else. They called me relentlessly when I was signing up to their website but failed to return any calls when it came to withdrawing the same funds. Their entire set up preys on people with no knowledge of trading. STAY WELL AWAY!! They are not regulated by UK authorities either.

Their marketing was purely AI generated and linked to an article in the Guardian about Sir Jim Ratcliffe. Don’t fall for it.

When you try to withdraw funds, the website asks for a BTC wallet address and verification with ID, copies of debit/credit cards- RED FLAG!!

Trade 40 is perfect as a place to start trading and learn more about how to do the trading. Maxim our advisor has been great always answers any questions we have and nothing is too much of a problem. Maxim has always been transparent and honest with us.
