Llevo esperando unos pedales CrankBrother desde noviembre.
La primera vez me dijeron que se habían agotado tras mas de un mes de espera. Y que tenía que volver a pedir otro modelo.
Y aún seguimos esperando.
Se trataba de un regalo para navidad.

Crow me ha proporcionado una solución personalizada que me ha satisfecho plenamente: una ebike citadina, ligera y de alta performance. Todo por un precio atractivo. Además, el servicio cliente ha sido excelente en facilitar las informaciones necesarias para las escojas de categoría y piezas.

I have tried to purchase the Fazua battery for nearly 18 months in the U.S. with no success. I even contacted Fazua USA to no avail. Was able to purchase it through Crow with no hazzle.

Wow! Crow Bicycles is one of my favorite bike companies!! And, I don't own a Crow bicycle. I bought a spare Fazua 250 x battery. I've been looking for 5 months in the states for one. Then i started looking in Europe for a month. I couldn't believe Crow had some for sale and willing to ship it to the states! That was a big problem because I found a few shops that had the battery, but would not ship to the states. Not only does Crow ship all their products to the states, I received my battery 4 days after I ordered it!
The customer service is absolutely the best. I emailed them making sure they would ship the battery. I got a response right away. David reassured me it would be no problem! I cannot wait to go visit them in Madrid when I'm there in November! Thanks again, Crow!!!

This is the best customer service I have ever received. David answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and within 24 hours and I asked a lot of questions. He made ordering from across the ocean a seemless process. Many thanks to David. I've had the bike for about a month now and it's everything I had hoped for. It's the only lightweight ebike with a removable motor and battery that I've seen. It fits me perfectly and rides smooth and quiet. I ride self contained and wanted something that was light enough to ship and my Gravital SL1 is perfect for my needs.

Después de una temporada investigando las marcas habituales o más conocidas de bicicletas descubrí Crow, una empresa madrileña formada por el que fue director de ventas de Trek durante más de una década. Les contacté y David me asesoró con todo tipo de detalle. La experiencia de compra fue magnífica. Cualquier duda, fue resuelta en horas; de hecho incluso se esforzaron por hacer que llegara antes del día de Reyes (no era mi intención pero así me hizo más ilusión 🤩)

Respecto a la bicicleta, es sin duda una maravilla; los mejores componentes, ligera y pleno rendimiento.

Sin lugar a dudas, buen producto y buen servicio. Absolutamente recomendable y muy por encima de otras marcas.

I bought a specialty part from Crow. First they took time to verify and assure me the part was exactly what I needed. I encountered problems with the shipping company because this was an international purchase. Crow stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and stayed in touch with the shipping company to address all their issue. My part arrived sooner than I expected and works perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of cycling equipment.

Crow kept me informed of my order status and shipping status. Battery received well packaged and am very pleased with the product.

David, whom I was communicating with was very helpful, and kept me constantly updated with the status of my order. The battery I ordered, arrived in good condition and was packaged very securely to ensure no damage in transit. All in all, this was very good service!

Wow ! Quel beau gravel bike et ultra léger ! Probablement le plus léger que j’ai essayé avec un cadre en aluminium 32 lbs avec batterie! Superbe conception avec le soucis des détails! Le service client est exceptionnel à chacune des étapes! Le service est fait par des experts et des vrais passionnés de vélos qui nous aident à choisir le bon modèle selon nos besoin!
L’assemblage est simple et requiert peu de connaissances !
Vraiment une excellente machine et surtout un rapport qualité prix imbattable avec un service qui est lui aussi imbattable !
