Very friendly helpful company with excellent after sales service

The website is clear and easy to navigate, the blinds are always perfect - I have been buying Crosby blinds for my last two houses, and now this one too. The consistent excellent quality and speedy service are exactly why I keep coming back.

I bought blinds from crosby

Ordered no drill blinds and unfortunately I cut the cord on the blind when unpacking. Sent email asking if possible to get a replacement cord. Crosby sales replied within an hour and said they were sending a replacement cord free of charge. Fitted blinds and no problems with sizing. This is the second time I have purchased blinds from Crosby and in both cases they have provided excellent service.

This is the 2nd time I have used Crosby blinds, Andy came out, measured up, the blinds were here a few days later and Andy fitted them in no time. Excellent service cannot recommend them enough!

I was a bit suspicious about a one-week turnaround promise, but placed my order, and the goods were with me within the week. I have had to chase other blinds websites after 3 months!!! Both products are great too - I upgraded with various premium fixtures and am pleased that I did.

After buying our Neat Fit Blinds & making a mistake on 2 of the sizes I got in touch with Andrew who was very helpful with getting them picked up & resized to what we needed as this was my fault I found that the service they gave me was 100% 7 would recommend using Crosby Blinds in the future for sure.

I have ordered electric blinds from Crosby twice, their customer service was very efficient in responding when I had pre and post delivery requests, both times the deliveries were sooner than I expect. Quality products and excellent customer service, I can recommend and will be ordering from them again.

What a great company! Original delivery was flawless and here we are 7 years later receiving the same first class after sales support (from Andrew) when I broke the top brackets on INTU venetian blinds. Replaced no hassle FOC.

I thought my old blinds were good and was only changing them to match a different colour scheme....how wrong I was!.
My old blinds were rubbish compared to the new blinds that Crosby Blinds have just installed.

I have bought blinds from here over a number of years. Today I needed a couple of roman blind brackets, I popped in the shop and within a couple of mins they had found what I needed and could not fault them on customer service and helpfulness.

Horrible customer service. The owner was really unhelpful via email and downright rude over the phone; he was instantly and extremely dismissive of the problems we experienced.
I was never even told when the blind would be arriving, despite several emails and phone calls to try to get an estimated date.
In the end, a £700 bespoke blind was just dumped down the side of our house without any warning – and we didn't even find it till several days afterwards because I wasn't notified that it had been delivered!
Most of all, it was just an unpleasant customer experience with so much unnecessary rudeness and antagonism. I'm shocked that businesses like this get away with so much.
