I am so glad that I have found Cristal boutique. I went in for the first time last Saturday and the service was exceptional.
I was spoiled for choice and took a few items to try on. The assistants couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and made suggestions on outfits, it took me back to how shopping used to be.
I bought a pair of the super comfy and flattering jeans and a beautiful desigual shirt which were beautifully packaged up
I was signed up to the loyalty scheme and really enjoyed watching the video of the new stock
Although it is not near me I will be shopping v again either online or in store when I can
Can’t recommend Cristal and the staff enough.
Thank you for a great shopping experience

I always receive great advice and they're skwsys very honest if something definitely isn't right fir me.

I love a visit to the shop
There’s always a warm welcome n the girls will do everything to accommodate n take time to find you something that suits with no pressure whatsoever to buy which I like .They are honest in their opinion and so I leave knowing I will wear it n enjoy it n they will order in a size , style if not in stock . Nothing is too much bother n its just a lovely experience to visit the shop 💚

Great choice of clothes not found elsewhere on the high street.

A fabulous waistcoat which I look forward to wearing with my Soya Concept trousers. As always constructive and objective advice from staff who understand my shape and taste.

Lovely item, arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged, they even included a gift bag.

Just the best! Everyone and everything in Cristal is welcoming, helpful and such brilliant stock.
So lucky to have such a little gem in Knowle.

Nothing is too much trouble for the girls at Crystal Boutique. They are always so friendly and patient my only complaint is that I never leave the shop without purchasing something not good for the bank balance!!!!!

This purchase was a nice Soya Concept short padded jacket. It had gone into the sale so made the price even more appealing. Very happy with the service & quality of the item.

Shopping here is consistently enjoyable. There is a wide variety of options that cater to diverse preferences, and the staff are incredibly friendly and supportive!

Lovely boutique with amazing staff.

Brilliant personal service. I ordered just before the black Friday discount and without even expecting the owner messaged to say that she would apply the discount. Brilliant communication

Fab staff that let you look without pestering you but we're there when needed and most helpful.
