I became a Crispins customer many years ago at their Manchester store, being absolutely delighted to find such a superb range of beautiful and stylish footwear to fit my size 10 feet, which made me feel glamorous rather than frumpy! Was sad that the Manchester store closed, but so happy that, thanks to Crispins' excellent online service, their gorgeous shoes and boots are still accessible to all us tall and elegant beings with longer feet! With super efficient ordering, delivery and returns service, Crispins make shopping for shoes a pleasure rather than a pain.

People say walk a mile in someone else’s shoes well you can’t ! if your feet are over size 40/UK 8 you’re bunched! Unless that someone shops at Crispins. Crispins have without doubt the chic, their shoes are stylish elegant and completely Comfortable Chichi which let’s face it usually is utterly Compromised if they are not Crispins.

Formal shoes are of very good quality, I like most of the products from here, I ordered with laces, the sole of the shoes is very good. Perfect size as shown on the product. After waring soft and comfortable. Very classy look after wearing on formal dress. It's complete the look. The service is good. Packing and delivery.

Very responsive. I have a half size when it comes to buying shoes which gives me a hard time to find me a perfect fit but good thing this shop has a lot of sizes in stock!

I was delighted when I went to Crispins Shoes to be shown a number of shoes from which to make a selection. I haven't got particularly large sized feet but they are very wide and for years have had to make do with what has been available.

I like going to a shop, being served by knowledgeable and personable staff who will give an honest opinion about the shoes. Crispins will continue to be my go to retailer for fashionable, interesting and comfortable shoes.

A wonderful find. I am a northerner but make two trips a year to specifically go to Crispins. The staff are lovely and it's so wonderful to be able to choose what I like rather than having to buy the only pair that fits (which has been the case for most of my adult life).

I have been shopping at Crispins Shoes for nearly ten years and have built up an extensive collection. Most of my shopping has been done on-line and the staff have been really helpful and 9/10 times get the fitting right. I am a big fan of Stuart Weitzman, Pretty Ballerinas and Kennel & Schmenger. Although, expensive, well worth it as quality is excellent and very fashionable. Its just wonderful to be able to buy designer shoes in my size. Unfortunately, I have the most popular shoe size (UK size 9) so I have to grab early especially sale stock. Highly recommend Crispins for their customer service, extensive selection of Brands and styles and great sales.

Crispins shoes is excellent services, so many modern woman shoes in large size and so good quality. I ordered 3 pair of shoes until now, and I m planning to order new one. I think that is the best site for women large size shoes !!!

I bought a pair of plus size boots for my wife's birthday. A couple of days later they arrived. I opened the shoe-box and the first thing I noticed was the fragrant smell of perfume coming out of the box. Then I noticed a small envelope with the words "Open Me", in fine writing, at the back. Nice tough I thought.
The boots themselves were amazing. Designed, crafted and made in Italy. Superior to most high-street far-eastern imports. In fact Crispins Shoes stock are entirely made in European countries and the US.
Sadly for most ladies with "standard" size feet (7.5UK or less), Crispins Shoes can't help you but for taller ladies who're looking for high-fashion designer shoes in larger sizes, I have no hesitation in recommending Crispins Shoes.
