I first purchased the course back in April of 2020 and I did not finish. I appreciate the discount and was able to start the course over again since then it has changed and the material is alot more understandable! I am retaining the information much better this go around! Go creschool!!

The material and how the course is set up are the keys of how it is so successful. I particularly like the idea of not being able to move forward until the last session has been accomplished. It keeps us accountable!

John was knowledgeable, helpful, and kept us engaged during the entire webinar! Educating students in an entertaining manner via an online venue is not an easy feat! It didn't feel like 8 hrs at all! Thank you, John!!

Very good classes and simple to understand

A lot of times, I am asked questions in the review exams that the reading materials or courses did not discuss. And I am really not pleased with one of the instructors, the other two are good, but this one's lectures are really hard to follow and I always do poorly on the exams following those sections. I have not used other programs, but based on my experience, I would choose another school.

Extremely upbeat instructor, who truly enjoyed addressing any/all questions in great detail-but in a way that was easy to understand. Great Q&A session!

Overall thought it was a good layout. I preferred Pam and wished she did more of the lesson plans. With 168 hrs it takes includes lectures and at many is the sessions the guy needed to start fresh cause it was irritating to listen as if someone needed a drink of water and instead talked in choppy bits. Cram session should have been strictly on what we didn’t know but went long explaining things the class got right. Like I said, the material is covered but the execution needs work, extremely dated. I dozed off several times waiting for the lecturer to get to the point. Most of this info you never use just need for the test. Also wish it kept a tally of what you have left to finish since there’s a deadline. At one point it seemed there was not an end. This is a solid B.

Fantastic in every way. Really sets you up to be successful. Jon is wonderful. He is super knowledgeable and makes the videos, along with Q&A’s, extremely engaging and enjoyable to watch. You can see his passion for the business shine through. It’s really refreshing.

Jon answered all the questions and it was very helpful, but he can get wordy and lengthy. I really appreciate his sense of humor, but the bottom line is that I just need the info and I would appreciate him being more concise. He also sometimes misspeaks and then corrects himself....this is VERY confusing for me. Totally human, but hard for my brain to get it all straight. I wish that he would ONLY answer questions that are relevant to the test. He could save the "fluff" or "if you just want to know" info for later if people want to stay. I want facts- anything relevant to the test.

You won’t just pass your exam you’ll understand.

Being able to do school early mornings and late nights on my computer was paramount to getting RE school finished quickly. I really like that CRES does a roughly 50/50 mix of reading and videos to teach the material, many online schools are all or mostly reading. I suggest some bluetooth headphones so you can listen and be productive with menial tasks or go walk around the yard on a nice day. Jon founded and owns CRES, he is still very involved in the business and is clearly passionate about what he does, he makes getting through the material much more fun. I finished school in two months and aced both exams the first time. Thanks Jon!

Highly recommend. I signed up for CRES from the recommendation of a local realtor. I am very pleased with my experience. I was able to pass both the state and national exams on the first try. This is online entirely but I did buy the text book because I like to highlight and make notes next to the text. I was able to join the live chat sessions and see many questions answered that were not fully "sticking" for me. All of the instructors are thorough. I was worried it was moving slow, but it is simply to get that information buried deep in your brain which truly is why I passed the exams on the first try.

I passed both my National and State exams with excellent scores! The “Insiders Guide” and Cram session were excellent! I felt so prepared....especially once taking the tests! Thank you for your thorough, hands-on-approach!
