WOW this webinar blew my mind. I wish this course was offered in person. The amount of learning during this session was motivating. I'm a newbie and enrolled this week. I am really worried about the math questions but with Jon's in-person weekly webinars I have much more confidence to get through this course and passing on my first try.

I would highly recommend this school to anyone wanting to get in the Real Estate world!

Truly enjoyed it overall. Great content and I love the poll that allows you to decipher the groups weakness. Only thing I would change is the beginning portion. I believe we spent too much time going into the number of questions and where to sign up. Granted, we had an all day event planned out for studying, I still think too much time was invested into things we could figure out in the FAQ portion of the website. Thank you very much for taking the time to assist us in our new career path! I’ll definitely be attending more!

I’m so grateful I took my courses through this school, they offer amazing help and exam preparation. HIGHLY recommend taking any real estate courses through CRE! Jon had such an easy-going, fun personality which helps in the learning process. Thanks Jon!!

A lot of info but the teachers were great and provide additional support/resources outside of the online classes.

I highly recommend Colorado Real Estate School for licensing requirements. Both Jon and Pamela were wonderful instructors, and I felt they covered the material efficiently and offered real life insight into some of the topics. The Exam Cram course and the weekly Q&As were invaluable, and what's awesome about the weekly Q&As is that you can go back and watch them again or you can watch any you may have missed.

Jon's personality and ability to engage students is so refreshing - he seems genuinely interested in each and every one of his students and is always willing to answer any question. I so appreciated his feedback and his willingness to help.

I started the classes May 1st and passed my exam July 24th, with a 50 hour per week job, 2 kids, and all of the other stress that goes with surviving an over yearlong pandemic. I cannot recommend CRE School enough - they truly changed my life.

Jon and the crew were AMAZING so glad I chose this course over the other online courses that were offered. They were so willing to help in anyway possible. Finished the course and received my license all online in less than 4 months.

Almost all of the chapters in the online portion do not match up with the book. For example Law and Practice 7 online is chapter 16 in the book. This is making it very confusing for me and hard to follow. Some of the chapter names don't even match the online names. I would read the chapter and watch the videos and when I take the test be frustrated because some questions weren't gone over in the course. Another very frustrating part of the online portions is that it says you can go back and re-watch videos you have already watched but you can't just pick a topic in that chapter, you MUST start from the very beginning.. you can't just review. Soo annoying!! Otherwise, a good course..

Jon is just too good! And he is always there to help. Highly recommend doing your 168 hours with Jon and CRES.

There is a lot of information to cover in obtaining your Colorado RE license. Instructor John is a very friendly voice to listen to, but he often rambles about non-essential details and RE history, has very long, awkward pauses, and doesn't explain as if he's teaching a new licensee.

I chose CRE because it seemed to have good ratings despite the cost. I used to work in Learning & Development, this course has so much potential, but there needs to be an instructor that knows how to use the technology and that speaks to an audience as an empathetic educator following a curriculum versus just a man talking at us about whatever crosses his mind at that moment.

The on-line course was very thorough, detailed, and easy to follow. There's a lot of material but it was well presented. I passed the R/E Exam, both National and State, on my first try so I am very pleased with the way everything went.

Great course and wonderful instructors ! Even though this is an online course, through the videos and the access to instructors through emails, you don't feel alone with your computer! The curriculum is not easy and require a lot of attention and effort to succeed and this course will get you there. I passed first time both exams! Strongly recommend it.

The tips and guides for the state portion was great, and Jon made the entire session a lot of fun.
