Crep protect customer service is excellent, i emailed them with a problem i had and had a reply within the hour. Problem was sorted straight away, I haven't used tho products yet but I'm sure they will be great too.

Amazing customer service
I made a silly mistake with my order so reached out to their customer service team. My experience could not have been better! My initial email was answered very quickly & they really did go above and beyond to resolve the mistake I made. Cannot fault the team at all and I know my teenage sons are going to love their gift sets.

They replied incredibly fast : around 30 minutes, even though it was already 8 PM.
The issue was handled quickly and resolved shortly after.
Really impressed with the level of support.

Customer service fantastic!
I cannot rate the product because I cancelled my order but the service was 10/10.
I ordered the wrong product, emailed the day after I ordered before the item was dispatched and they email back very promptly cancelled my order and refunded straight away.
Extremely good customer service!

Crep Protect keeps my sneakers looking…
Crep Protect keeps my sneakers looking fresh and clean. I have used it on Jordan 1s, Dunk SBs, and leather boots. Water and stains roll off instead of soaking in. I tried other products before, and none protected as well or lasted as long. Application is fast, dries quick, and the finish does not change the look of the shoe. I will keep buying this product.

I made a purchase from them for the first time online because their products are everywhere so I usually shop in-store (especially when sneaker shopping) but was surprised to see when I was going to check out that once you surpass a certain amount you get free gifts so that was already a great incentive to keep adding! My order was big enough that I was able to get the DJ Khaled box for free!!!! so happy about that not to mention all the products that I ordered. I’m gonna have a little section for them in my sneaker area because these products are top-notch!!!!! The best for all sneaker care, protection, and upkeeping!!! They are even selling heavy duty impact soles for sneakers that are top-notch!!!!! on top of that I had a 15% coupon that I wasn’t able to add on and the Customer Service responded so quickly told me not to worry about it. They will refund me the 15% and they kept to their word and did it super fast that I was so impressed at how fast the customer service was !!!!!! I will definitely do business with a company like this.!!!! They take care of their customers and their customers sneakers!!!!!
