My journey with Credit My aren’t has…
My journey with Credit My Rent has been amazing! I started out with a low score. After joining my scores have increased substantially. CMR added at least 30 points! I was able to purchase my first home in Feb 2020! I attribute this company to my success. And thanks Lakeishia, the support specialist, for helping me with everything. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to boost their credit!

I never used live chat before i was very hesitant. My questions were answered in timely manner and the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was great fast service. Inconsistent Information
Unfortunately, I have not seen any change to my credit score or profile after 3 months. Everytime I would call and ask, the goal post to see some type of change is moved. First it was "wait until it reports once to the credit bureaus", the second rep said "it should take 3 months to see change if any" and then finally a representative said "you would have to have been reported at least 6 months to 1 year."

Some customers may see results as soon as the credit hits, while some may take 3-4 months, and some are even a year. It all depends on every customer's unique credit situation. One of our managers tried reaching out to you today by phone but was unsuccessful with leaving a voicemail. We have reached out to you via email if you would like to discuss your experience further. Any customer can contact us for immediate cancellation of their account, for any reason, at any time.
We apologize if you have not seen the results you expected, building credit is a marathon & not a sprint, it takes time to establish & grow your credit profile & improve your score.
As you may recall Ms. Burch, we have provided you with free months of service, you have not been billed since May & do not have another payment due for another 41 days.
If you would like to cancel during your free time period, that is no issue, just please contact Hunter & he will be happy to help you with that. He is the same gentleman that helped when you wrote your first review. I would suggest, at the very least, taking advantage of your free time given to you before cancelling.
