My customer service representative Hilliard was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and concerns swiftly. She also gave me some additional tips that I can share with potential clients that I plan to refer to the program.

This service has been a game-changer
This service has been a game-changer! After my bankruptcy, I was hesitant to open any kind of credit card and the Credit My Rent program was exactly what I needed. I was able to raise my credit score by 80 points in just a short amount of time and my score is now back to what it was before the bankruptcy. I highly recommend signing up for this service.

Not happy at all!
Not happy at all!! I have two properties that I’m renting from. Only one was reported and I paid for 24 months to be reported and the total amount was 1,400 instead of $33,600. I received no credit boost.

Hello! My name is Anthony from CreditMyRent, I wanted to discuss your concerns with our service. For your first reference, the credit bureaus do not report rent on an annual basis, it is reported on a monthly basis. This is the reason your tradeline is only for one month's rent payment ($1400) not for all of your rent payments combined ($33,600). This is due to the reporting process of the credit bureaus themselves, not due to CreditMyRent, so that is appearing correctly on your report. As for the reference to receiving no credit boost, we are simply a reporting agency & can not guarantee any type of score increase, we report positive information to credit reports & only the credit bureaus themselves decide how that information translates to the customer's credit score.

Credit my rent is awesome!!
I recently had an issue, but credit my rent contacted me immediately!! The customer service was amazing and I’m happy to say my rent is now reporting to Equifax and Transunion!! This service works! I highly recommend this service if you want to improve your credit score or get credit for paying your rent!

A New Beginning
Now we get a chance to better out credit with on time rental payment. I’m so excited because never in history were we able to get rewarded by renting. And now we do.

I am very disappointed of this service
I am very disappointed of this service. I had enrolled 6 of my clients in credit my rent and after waiting more than three months to see reflected Credit my rent in the credit of my client I see my self force to claim their money back.
Every time I called credit my rent asking why is taking so long the only thing I heard are excuses. Zero communication with the agent that are offering the services. zero communication with the expected client.
