Loan decisions based on affordability with priority given to members who have opened their savings accounts prior to applying for a loan. Borrowers are usually required to save a little as they repay the loan so over time it means members come to rely on savings rather than credit.

Helpful
I have been with the Credit Union for some years now and have always found them helpful, speedy and friendly when I have spoken to them. They appear to take my needs into account when I explain the reason for a top up to my loan, only down fall is the interest paid on saving.

My experience was exceptional, good communication. Clear understanding of what is happening good explanation, an advice to make sure that one made the best decision. There is people who listens and understand why you want to do what you re doing and where you are going with it.

I wish I knew about credit unions years ago
I wanted to get out of the cycle of getting a salary advance each month and getting a loan from credit union helped me do this. They listened to my issues and have helped me do this and also will help me save a little every month so that when I need funds next year they will be available to me. I’m very grateful for the fast and efficient service I have received. It was all achieved within 5 days.
