SCAM , ordered two bumper cars for grandchildren on 18 November 2024-never received anything from them . No reply to my emails . Tracking shows they were delivered to another city ! Shameful ! Wish I had seen reviews earlier !

Ordered a bin and was given a tracking number. All looked legit until I tried to chase it up. Tracking showing it was delivered on a Sunday night at 8.00pm - it wasn’t, and the contact email address bounces back.

I wish i saw these reviews before ordering. I ordered a kids toy after seeing this advertised on Instagram on 28th Nov 2024
They promised delivery before Christmas, I wrote to complain. They replied saying there was a logistics issue but it's on its way. Now the tracker says delivered but I haven't received anything and no longer getting responses from the seller either. So upsetting!! I've been emailing their service@.. email address

Total scam. I ordered two Mirror Daily Planners in early November of 2024…. In mid-December I was getting nervous about them not arriving for Christmas, and I (finally) got an e-mail response, assuring me it would be delivered by Christmas. They then appear to have updated the tracking info to say it was delivered on Dec 23 (which it was NOT), and now the e-mail I had for them comes back as undeliverable…. VERY frustrating

It’s a scam. Do not buy anything from them. Bought something and I was tracking it. Said it was delivered and it was a LIE. Try to write an email and it said several times failed undelivered. I tried to write several but all came saying the same. Don’t buy from thus company.

Ordered 2 mens tops on 23rd October they never arrived. Contacted company and received a reply saying delivered to wrong address. I would receive another parcel plus refund but now my constant emails have been ignored. SCAM BEWARE

Wish i had researched them more, total scam, no response to emails , items never arrived & lost my money.

Total scam. Had notification to say my order had been delivered but it hadn’t so I tried to email but had one back saying undelivered email and prompted me to click an unsecured link which I didn’t. I’ve now contacted my bank to sort a refund and they are looking into the company.

Scam, did not receive the item. Their e-mail does not work. Waste of money and time.

Lesson learnt, I should have done my research first before ordering from this site. You can't email them as it comes back Failed. Avoid this company as it's a TOTAL SCAM!

Oh dear I was well and truly scammed here after reading all these!!! I was well and truly fooled, bought bumper car via an ad on tiktok!! I emailed to chase a couple of times and 3rd time they blocked me and the 'failed message email said blame it on the weather' disgusting people doing this to others. Please do not buy anything

yep..wish I had read the reviews first too...this is a scam site that will just take your money and send nothing. Now when I try to send an email it bounces back.
Facebook continues to host these scam sites...disappointing
So remember look for reviews first!!

I ordered 2 of the same items on the 2nd December, 2024 as Christmas presents. It is now 7th January, 2025. Still not received items even though I have sent 2 emails. No response, so no way to get my money back. THIS IS A SCAM!! Do NOT buy anything from Creative workshop.

I regret not reading this before ordering .. been waiting for 3 bumper cars for my kids since November😭 tracking said delivered but that’s not true.. been trying to get in contact with them but seems like they blocked my mail.. scam scam scam 😭😭

SCAM. Never received my order.

I ordered 2 shirts on the 2nd November was then told parcel had been delivered on 12th December by evri but no parcel have emailed 3times but have still had no response and am down £36 so desperate measure I will see if this gets there attention

Agree with all others,, scam, scam,scam,, order two months ago and paid for the item,, but nothing received,, have tried to mail them , first I got some answer about customs problems,,, but now my mails bounces back,,

Absolutely awful never recieved my order told it was damaged and sent another one as well as a free gift. 2 months later nothing and saying it's delivered? No refund now can't even email them saying failed? DO NOT BUY CLEARLY A SCAM!

Scammers I ordered a bin that was advertised on tiktok till today never received it. Its been more than a month now.

First time I've been scammed ordered bumper car on 8th December on the 19th I received 3 screws and after numerous emails I've heard nothing. Just been on ticktock and ordered a bumper car for £110 which is probably why I got scammed for paying £35.
