Pretty sure this is a SCAM enterprise.

Order confirmed, with correct shipping details provided. Order #7294.

Order shipped to wrong address, lodged complaint with Australia Post, they confirmed that it was shipped to the (incorrect) address provided.

No e-mail for this company works, they bounce back with a 'e-mail does not exist' error. This includes the e-mail shown here on the Trust Pilot website. As such, you cannot contact them to send another product / resolve the issue. As such, I believe this company is a SCAM enterprise.

It is SCAM ! Don’t buy . They don’t reply to the emails .

Complete Scam. Ordered a bin on 4th November, tracking said was delivered 7th December but nothing arrived, emails now bounce back when you try to contact them.

Total SCAM I ordered 2 Bumper Cars and they sent me 3 screws in a small envelope to show trafficking and delivered info

Total scam. Had notification to say my order had been delivered but it hadn’t so I tried to email but had one back saying undelivered email.
Email error says; "554 5.0.0 Error: transaction failed, blame it on the weather:
io: read/write on closed pipe"

DO NOT BUY, like others i wish id seen these reviews earlier, I ordered 3 bumper cars in November for my grandchildren. I had notification they had been delivered, which they hadnt, I sent an email , got reply saying they had been contaminated at the airport and i would be sent replacement, along with a free gift. tue 7th jan, i received a small plastic envelope and inside was 3 screws with washer on, Ive emailed them again and the email bounced back undelivered...if scamming, why send the screws, seems weird.

Order a bin from this website back in November and is now january and have had no delivery, was said to be delivered before xmas, contacted helpline email to get 1 response saying its on the way and now getting ignored, terrible customer help would not recommend buying from here, useless

Good: got the 3 screws in a box, fast delivery
Bad: didn't order any screws, ordered different product for €120.

Ordered a mini bouncy castle for my grandson for Xmas. Ordered on the 5th December stating 7-10 days delivery. Still not received it !! I’ve sent numerous emails, but only had one response and that’s to wait patiently… !! This site needs to be shut down ..

My daughter asked me to buy my grandson a mini bouncy castle for Christmas from Creativeworkshop Store, as she had seen it on Instagram. I didn't hesitate because the company seemed legitimate, especially with its professional website. Like many others, we waited patiently, and finally, on Sunday, 5 January, 2025, I received a message saying it had been delivered, which was strange since we don’t usually get deliveries on Sundays. I checked the mailbox, but there was nothing there. I emailed them stating that my status of my parcel said it was delivered but I had not received anything.
Later, I looked on TikTok and my heart sank—I realized I had been scammed. On Wednesday afternoon, I received a text from my partner saying the parcel had arrived, which turned out to be a small bag containing just two marbles. I'm so angry that people can take advantage of hard-working individuals like this and get away with it. I will be sharing warning posts across all social media platforms to alert others about this company and their deceptive practices. It’s important to raise awareness so that others don’t fall victim to scams like I did. UPDATE:
I have since contacted the bank and cancelled the debit card I used for this purchase just as a precaution.

I ordered 2 kids bumper cars ($118.00) end of October 24. I have not received them (8th of January 25) and nobody replies to emails. Contact us emails just get an instant delivery status failure message. Looks like I'm not getting my order or my money back. They are a scam site and are still operating.

Oh dear. Either there are a LOT of digital planners flying around the world right now or I too have been scammed. Ordered the digital planner, got confirmation, tracked it via a site called 17 track, who said it was on the way via China Post, translated the text to see it had been 'delivered' on Sunday night (No-one delivers on Sunday night in NZ). Emailed services at creativeworkshop.store and all emails bounced back. Gee, I hope I get my three screws that other people seem to have got! Mongrels. Believe me, if I get my planner I'll be the first on here to apologise but at the moment I feel I've just donated 73 bucks to some low life pond scum. EDIT - I've since discovered this same product on another couple of websites, same deal, same scam it would seem. Dualitwhole and Clearance Warehouse USA. Grrr!

They take your money but don’t deliver even though they send you tracking. The email they provide for customer service is fake.

Bestellung nie erhalten, wurde angeblich am letzten SONNTAG um 20 Uhr hier zugestellt.
Keine Antwort des Shops, DHL kann die Sendung nicht mal einsehen bzw. keine Infos geben.
