I got excited when I saw the company was having a Black Friday sale, got a very good price on a printer. Unfortunately, that’s all the positives I’ve got to say. The website said that the printer would be shipped in 1-2 days. However this isn’t the case. Despite ordering from the UK store, it’s taken significantly longer for them to ship my package, this is after spending a ridiculous amount of time on their ‘customer support’. Customer support had failed to even email me to let me know that because they had too many sales, my shipment has been delayed, I asked if my shipment was coming from the UK and they said yes. I finally got a DPD tracking number and a company called Ascent transport was sending my package to DPD. I questioned this and the latest response I got was that it’s coming from mainland china, even though I was told it’s coming from the UK. I will never be ordering direct from this company again, and I would recommend that you avoid this company at all costs

Ordered a printer with the site dating delivery dates within 3-5 days. 3 days later it hasn't been despatched, and when I enquired about expected delivery times they said end of month (2-3 weeks).

I got a good price and still want the item so going to wait, but frankly this bait-and-switch is unacceptable.

Please avoid this company at all costs. I purchased thinking it was a company that had offices in UK henses creality UK site. Ordered a printer and paid via pay pal it arrived in 3 days broken. Contacted the company and they told me they will send out a replacement cable and fix it myself. I told them this was unacceptable and I demanded a refund as the product wasn't fit for purpose. They point blank refused to give me a shipping address and told me to try to fix it myself first. I raised a pay pal dispute and told them I wanted a return address to send the broken product back for a full refund. Finally pay pal has ruled in my favor on the basis I send the product back to the address the Company has given. They have sent me a return address to China in Chinese knowing it's impossible for a UK post office to type in a Chinese Address. Again I've been into pay pal to demand a return address that's in English and a return address to a UK address not a Chinese one. Please ,please don't buy from this company at all. Customer service is unacceptable and company is a shame. They take your money. Give you broken products and don't care as they have already got your money.
Chinese garbage.

Claimed that I had made an order which I hadn’t. Tried to close my account but they can’t / won’t. Sent me a link to a known Chinese scam website. Customer service is worse than useless.
Stay away there are plenty of other 3D printer manufacturers with better customer service departments

I ordered an Ender 3 S1 on a Thursday night, by Saturday midday I head my printer. The paypall payment did look strange and the tracking number that I got didn't work, but I got a fully functioning printer and finished printing my first model less than 48h after placing the order.

I was worried as I only checked the reviews AFTER I'd placed the order, and seeing the one stars on here made me panic.

I shouldn't have worried though, I placed the order at 3am on Wednesday and I was set up and printing by Thursday lunchtime. Genuinely couldn't fault the service.

Ordered an ender 3 s1 on a Sunday night and it was delivered Wednesday morning. It was a great price, over £100 cheaper than anywhere else I saw. I was worried after reading reviews after placing my order but I'm very happy!

The emails regarding shipping and order status could of been slightly better as I only received a notification that it had been shipped after it had arrived.

I purchased an Ender 3 S1 Pro before reading the reviews here. Having read the reviews I was very concerned and convinced I would not receive the products, especially as the tracking links did not work. However, I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when they turned up a few days earlier than promised via Yodel and Royal Mail.

Really happy with the quality of the printer, which was easy to assemble and well made. Needed to consult some online videos for help with the levelling as the supplied instructions were a little unclear. First prints came out very well.

I ordered a Ender 3 S1 Pro. My payment went to ZHONGCHUANG in China. I received a Royal mail tracking number, this turned out to be for some nozzles that I ordered with the machine. I replied to the email notifying me of tracking, explaining that I had received nozzles and not a printer and requested the tracking number for the actual printer. I received a response the following day with a tracking number for Yodel. Everything that I ordered, turned up within 7 working days. I am impressed with the build quality of the machine I received and it was shipped from Leicester UK. Assembly wasn't difficult and my first prints off the machine were excellent so all in all, I'm very happy with my purchase, nothing to complain about from me. I was initially a little concerned after reading a couple of the reviews here.

They only sent out stuff if you start a claim with action fraud department and a bank.
After waiting 6 weeks with pleas for a refund, nothing silence. As soon as i raised issue of fraud with bank ang action fraud,out of blue the 3d printer arrived. So if you have been waiting start a process with fraud action.

The order has been coming to me in England for a month (and still here a month later - the whole order did not arrive), I canceled the order in 1 week, but the seller does not want to cancel the order and still makes me pay for their delivery. ignores my request to cancel the order and gave me a coupon at 10£

Ordered a Ender S1 printer with some free filament. Was provided a tracking number. When delivered, the tracking number provided was only for the free filament, which gave me quite a scare after seeing the other reviews and reports of poor service. The printer did arrive from another courier later that night. Luckily I was still at home, but I expect better. I'm giving this shop 3 stars due to these issues, although the products themselves are very nice.

The website gives the impression of being based in the UK - they claim to have a warehouse in Leicester and there is an option to ship from China or UK within 5 days. This is a scam though - placed the order and the invoice and printer comes from China, so forget about any consumer protection. After a month I have no printer. Fortunately Paypal refunded me, but the whole exercise has been a waste of time. Never buy from Creality directly as they will mislead you and their warranty is worthless going by other reviews.

Creality CR6 SE worked for a few weeks then decided to go awry. No response from Creality (Official forum or email) or supplier (Box.co.uk). Seems their customer service is about as effective as my printer. Take your chances with this brand.

Awful printers - I've had two. The first took about 3 weeks to get working, the second was so badly made and designed I didn't get a decent print out of it for 3 months and the process of getting it fixed was very painful. Quality control is terrible and customer service is virtually non-existent, they don't respond to all emails and their answers are incomplete and often wrong.

Printer and free filament received in expected timeline, all items where in good quality and in good working order. Was little worried do to bad reviews and scam detector report, but website is genuine in the end and better priced then others

Ordered Friday, then immediate unease as I realised the paypal receipt was for a chinese company when using an apparently English website. Creality is a Chinese company though, so kept my hair on and hoped for the best.
Delivery came the following Tuesday (attempted on Monday, but somehow delivery driver couldn't work out how to knock on the door properly...)
Now assembled and bumbling around with fine tuning for the best result.
It is a solid piece of kit and seems decent quality. so far I can only review the experience of receiving and setup, first time 3d printer experience. Will update soon.

Having held off buying a 3D printer, a chance feature on the Creality Ender 3 prompted me to look closer just last week. The reviews I found were all saying the same thing, that it was a very good entry point into 3D printing. Arriving within two days, I had it assembled and working within two hours, taking my time to assemble the sub-assemblies supplied. It all went together easily even with the scant detail on the instructions.
The test print went well (I bought a 1kg reel of pla as the supplied material is way too short to complete the test print) and I'm more than impressed.
A quick search online revealed a host of cheap upgrades and some free models of parts to improve the machine as well.
This was a good addition to my tool set and I am very excited to work through my list of projects.

Okay, so similar to ethzero, I was skeptical when I first ordered the Ender 3 V2 on the 26th of August, and for similar reasons, paypal name, delayed response to queries (I assume customer service is being run from China) and 'delays' in delivery.

Now, I put that in quote marks because the printer was delivered on the 7th of September, which is outside of the 3 to 7 days advertised, but if that refers to working days... then I can understand that.

The filament I ordered as part if the £199, Ender 3 V2 + 2kg filament deal was delivered in only 2 days by Amazon, which helped put my mind at rest while I waited for the printer itself.

Delivery was eventually handled by dpd for the printer itself and I did get a text alert on the day it was delivered.

The printer is now assembled and tested and everything seems in working order.

All in all happy customer, the customer service side could use a bit of work, but for an inexpensive 3D printer you'll struggle to get a better price for what you get

I ordered an ender3 v2 on August 18 2021 from creality uk warehouse which guarantees a 3 to 7 day delivery!

Today is the 6 September 2021 and still no sign of the printer. Repeated emails to this company just result in we are waiting for royalmail to issue tracking number.

I contacted crealityofficial.co.uk via their chat on the 1st of September or there abouts. A day later they told me the item had shipped and gave a random 10 digit number as evidence, no company details etc. Following my request as to who this was even for they quickly replied dpd! Small wonder royalmail hasn't issued a tracking number.

Immediately after the chat was closed with opening hours and a message about being 8 hrs in front. So apparently London and Leicester depots are 8 hrs in front of the rest of the UK?

The tracking number provided was obviously fake! Dpd use 14 digit codes not 10.

I would advise strongly against using this site, it is clearly a Chinese scam company.
