Really scummy company, basically ordered a 3d printer for a birthday present, recieved order confirmation and payment confirmation (payed using PayPal)…thought everything was fine until the next day when they said I hadn’t paid!! Proved I had! Was met with verbal threats! Told them to cancel my order and more threats received!! In the end I have had to contact my bank and PayPal as this company is plainly fraudulent, and threatening your customers to pay twice is just a rubbish move! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

la peor impresora que e tenido, desde el minuto que la puse en marcha se estropeo el CR-touch.
nunca e podido acabar de hacer la instalación ya que no me deja avanzar por el fallo que genera la pieza.
te pones en contacto con creality i pasan de todo e intentan marearte.
llevo una semana intentado que me generen una etiqueta de devolución ya que por política de empresa son 14 días i no me la hacen contestan mensajes con patrones de que esperes 24-48. total unos estafadores.

promised delivery within 5 days. Not a word from them for 20 days until I asked for cancellation of the order through PayPal. They then offered me a free roll of filament which I declined.
I did get a refund in the end but only thanks to PayPal, they do not answer any correspondence via their own web page

I fell for Creality Official’s so-called “Black Friday deal,” only to find out later that the same printer was available on Amazon at the same price ANY time of the year. What a joke!
I placed my order expecting a great deal and timely delivery. Instead, I got weeks of excuses, lies about “peak season,” and a useless tracking number that never updated. They admitted the package was lost, yet still dragged their feet on issuing a refund. Their idea of compensation? Two rolls of filament—which, surprise, I NEVER received either.
Every email from them was robotic, dismissive, and full of empty apologies. They refused to take responsibility and told me to raise a PayPal dispute instead of handling it professionally. This is not customer service—it’s a scam operation hiding behind fake promises.
Creality Official wasted my time, ruined my gift plans, and destroyed any trust I had in their brand. I will NEVER buy from them again, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this company like the plague. There are plenty of reputable sellers out there—don’t get burned like I did.

I’ve ordered at different times from this website, a ferret scanner, a 3d printer and filament. They’ve all turned up on time apart from some filament that they said was out of stock which turned up 2 weeks late over Christmas which is acceptable to me. I’ve also ordered from the other creality uk website and received my orders from them. Not sure why there’s 2 uk websites but my orders have always arrived. As I’ve received goods from both if one has a better offer than the other I’m going with that one

Items did arrive however I feel aggrieved with the website pretending to be part of Creality.

I ordered a ferret 3d pro scanner website said 3 to 5 days delivery. Got email with yodel tracking number and scanner arrived 5 days later on the 29th. Customer service did reply to emails, with broken English but did reply can't fault them as I had no issues with my purchase was very skeptical after reading reviews on here (after I had ordered obviously) but all went well and item delivered as described and in good working condition.

Like many people in the comments here, I ordered before I read the reviews. I won't lie, I thought I had likely been scammed. I ordered an Ender 3 V3 last sunday (Sun 23rd Feb), and my printer turned up today (Sat 01st Mar). After reading the reviews, I tried to contact the company to cancel my order. The communications is absolutely woeful, but I was told that my V3 would dispatch from an FBA service, which I had never heard of. Basically, I believe they use Amazon warehouses to stock and dispatch the products. I received the vaguest messages from the seller via the facebook page about shipping, and they provided me with an Amazon order ID, which when searched yielded no results. I was convinced of a scam, however, I was surprised to receive a Parcelforce shpping notification yesterday stating that the printer would be delivered today, which sure enough it was.
Enough people on here have had issues with this seller that I would definitely not recommend them still, but I can't go as far as to say they're a scam given that personally, I've received exactly what I ordered, and it all seems in good working order. Bit of a weird company this one. Basically, I just think it's just a company run out of Beijing with such poor admin and comms that there are bound to be many unhappy customers. Also, the website states fast shipping, and for a UK based warehouse I don't think a week is that great, if you're bothered about that sort of thing.

Hello. I wont lie, ordering from a store with a 1.9 rating was incredibly scary but i still dared to do it. I believe that many people had inconveniences but everything turned out well for me. I received my 3d printer (ender3 v3 ke) in 4 days. When I received the message from DPD i thought that only the filling had arrived but when i got home I was surprised. So far everything is fine, i havent tried it much, but benchee printed successfully. Still need to learn a lot..

I purchased a brand new Creality K2 Plus Combo and some other various accessories to upgrade my previous 3D Printer, I liked the overall reviews on the product and as it’s one of Creality’s most recent 3D Printers, I wanted it within enough time for them to ship the K2 to me, so that I could set it up prior to going into hospital for highly invasive surgery, given the guaranteed 3-5 day delivery time from ordering promised on their website.
I contacted them via their customer support email - to no avail!
It’s at this point I decided that enough is enough & emailed them requesting that they cancel my K2 order, keep the order with filament and other accessories open, as long as it was all delivered pretty soon.
Finally decided to (as I had paid via PayPal) open 2 disputes with the aforementioned PayPal, while purchasing the same product from the actual Creality site! (Where I received my complete order within 48 hrs of my purchase)!
Finally forced them to refund me in full for both orders, but not before they tried to BS me into accepting a £100 refund, the condition that I accepted the alleged ‘already sent’ goods for which they were unable to provide me with any evidence whatsoever to support their claim that it had been sent already!

My advice is to avoid this unnecessary hassle as not many people have my tenacity when it comes to being conned!!

In my opinion and experience, it’s scammers like these who target, both individuals and legitimate businesses by creating fake business profiles & websites very similar to the genuine business’s website in order to rip customers off & to force businesses to reap the negative impact of the scammers.

Was waiting for delivery for 3 weeks. No delivery came. Had to fight with them for refund. They emailed that they have refunded, but no refund came.

Told REFUNDED but of course no money & no replies to further emails, as expected after weeks of LIES Creality are the ones who take the long term loss as I will not buy any further creality machines for my print farm business.

Wow what can I say, Worst support EVER! Total Rip off.

I paid around £300 for a EnderV3 SE printer direct from the Creatility Store

Well excited, when i got it, advert said "3d printing in 20 minutes" 6 months later I have managed to print 3 things.

The printer arrived and started banging and ginding as it started up (leveling), so I contacted support and was told to upgrade the firmware as it sounds like it had the wrong Firmware on, changed the firmware levelled properly but wouldn't print. Got back in touch with support (and with 23 years of Electronics and IT experience) I mentioned that I thought it was the logic board, no they sent a display, gave me the gumph about using 8GB SD cards - and wouldn't take the information that their own SD Card wouldn't print. Then the extruder broke (cable snapped which is glued and they replaced that). finally in month 6 they replaced the logic board with the correct firmware on and bam three prints. then extruder broke again (something on the inside came out during the retraction process) and the advice is "glue it back in" no advice on where it came from or haow to get it back in only "extruders aren't covered after three months" which is a lie as they'd already replaced it.

Absoloutly disgusting and dishonest service.

Received delivery in few days. So excited. Out of the box and connected.
And… touch screen not working.
After few days of trying to contact them I purchased new screen from 3rd party.
Printer works fine. When finally get in conversation with them few weeks later they offer a promotion code in amount that I paid for new screen. They even send me a code… that is not working. Printer it self is brilliant but there is no back up if anything go wrong, no customer service exists and don’t even think that you got any warranty.

This company is an absolute joke. Paid for the items 3 weeks ago and still haven't got the delivery. They gave me tracking ID. Items never came. Then they gave me another tracking ID plus a discount voucher and in my naivety i ordered more using the discount. Now 2 more weeks and still waiting on the original order and the new discounted order. I have never seen a worst customer service than this.

The Ender-3 V2 NEO 3D is absolute rubbish. I had to replace the hotend to achieve any decent print quality. It turns out that the original heating element is pressed against the wall of the socket by two grub screws, resulting in a very small contact area and, therefore, very ineffective heat transfer. Spend 100 quid more on another well-known brand, and you'll save yourself the time and nerves wasted on this BS.

i ordered the ender 3 v3 SE on a friday saturday i received an email confirming the dispatch on monday i had the Printer printing. At first i was a little scared after seeing the reviews but it was put at ease when i got a tracking number. the printer itself works perfectly and the print quality is amazing for the price

Bought a CR10 SE which seemed to cause issues from the start. First IT IS NOT SUPPORTED by any other slicer on the market apart from the Creality slicer. Second, the print quality is deplorable. Even though it's admittedly quite fast I've had 0 flawless prints in almost 2 weeks. 0x100 still equals 0.
Third, customer service is deplorable and disgusting. You speak to someone on live chat who just takes the message and then someone send you a 2 sentence email in 2-3 days not helping you anyways.
Fourth, their solution to everything is for you to pick apart the printer until you fix it yourself.
Fifth, they will deny you return because as long as the printer prints something they say you have no cause to return it!

Do not buy anything from these rip off merchants! 3d printer arrived faulty, emailed, phoned & messaged several times with NO REPLY!. No way of returning the item, with no contact! STAY AWAY!. Oh yeah, they based in China too..

I ordered a Creality K1 one week ago and then realised CrealityOfficial.co.uk is a Hong Kong company and not Creality.com, which also has an online web store selling to the UK. I had paid the same price as from Creality but I was full of doom and gloom imagining I had been scammed and would either get nothing or would wait months for delivery from HK and then have to pay import duty and VAT. Initially the tracking refs I got (Yodel for the K1 and Royal Mail for the filaments) did not work but within a couple of days both were reporting progress. The K1 did appear to ship from abroad but it first went to a warehouse in Leicester (as advertised on their website) before coming to me. The filaments came straight from Leicester, which is a 4PX logistics hub. The printer was well packed, undamaged and prints beautifully.
I don't understand the relationship between crealityofficial.co.uk and creality.com but crealityofficial seems to be genuine enough to me.
