I haven’t received my bed yet and it’s been about 3 weeks

Great customer service, fast delivery and extremely comfy matress for my daughters bedroom. Would recommend 😁

I have to put 1 star unfortunately. I would not rate this company at all. First of all I get sent my bed which had 4 boxes. I couldn't check as I didn't have any notice the bed was arriving and I was on school run. Driver was rude to my neighbour who took the bed in.I have box 1,2x box 3 and box four. Box 2 is missing but didn't realise until a family member went to put bed up for me the day after I received it. I took my old bed down and got rid of it and contacted them about box 2. I was left without a bed for 3-4 weeks and finally they sent my box 2 out to me. I then received box 2 and took it out only to find that it wouldn't go together as it wasn't aligning. Family member had managed to make it work and it went together to then find I had a rip in it. I contacted them again to get a refund as I was going to be returning bed. It's now been almost a week. I get a message to to me the bed is the next stop to be collected. No prior warning on both occasions delivery and collection and I've dismantled bed and is now in my hall as I have no where to store it now and they have not turned up! The service received is shocking I would avoid these at all cost. I am very disappointed and won't be going off any recommendations that is given me.

Delivery service is shocking rude and very unreliable they should make you aware of any delivery the night before that never happened also the same with collection never happened.
The order as I said wasn't complete and when I did have order bed was damaged.
Communication is very hit and miss.

The company are very efficient no fuss or bother delivery was first class

Really happy with my purchase , the bed is beautiful and very good quality , it wasn't too hard to put together and I was kept well informed about the delivery process . My daughter loves her new bed , she literally hasn't been out of it!! An overall great experience ..thank you!

Absolutely love the bed, well packaged and was kept informed about the delivery every step of the way. It stated up to 5 days for delivery; however it was here within 2 days.
I had an issue with the promo code, so I emailed the team. Hannah replied immediately and resolved my issue straight away. I hope Hannah receives the recognition that she so rightly deserves.

Bargain priced trundle bed, delivered quickly and I put together in about an hour and a half. It’s really solid. I’m very pleased.

Shocking customer service, no confirmation sent after purchase. Bed still not delivered 20 days after order despite 7-10 days being advertised. Had to chase for any kind of information. Couldn’t tell you if the product is any good as it’s still not here.

The bed was delivered on time, exactly as advertised, very pleased with the item, (already had memory foam mattress), but they will also supply if required.

Can't fault this company, I ordered a trundle bed and mattress for my guest room. It arrived on schedule and was easy to put together, the instructions were good and the additional instructions for resolving any issues were useful as well.

Ordered a bed third week of January. No note of it needing to be made.

5 weeks later and still no bed. Info is with delivery company for a week and yet still hasn’t even been handed over to them.

Customer service is none existent.

2nd box not yet came my son is sleeping on the floor

Wrong information advertised, was told it will come between 5 to 7 working days but it arrived much later after chasing

The bed is absolutely stunning and the was quick delivery. Also the man who delivered was nice.

Ordered a bed for my daughter. Waited 8 days for it to be delivered, to open it up and no screws in the box!
Daughter now has no bed & spent all day sorting her room ready for her new bed, on my own with a newborn baby too!

Wanted to give a zero as they promised my order for over 3 weeks of it being late. They then told me they couldnt find the bed (presume that means no stock) and asked me to choose another one despite still advertising the one I wanted on their website. I didn’t trust them so asked for a full refund. Awful experience.

I had an issue with one of the knobs on the bed I had purchased being bent. Having just moved house and being in desperate need of a bed, I asked if there was a possibility of a discount rather than having to send back and wait for a replacement. Hannah was fantastic! She responded to my query really quickly and offered a 50% refund. Really easy to contact and excellent customer service. Would recommend highly!
