Awful delivery experience. I ordered a bed on 26th August and am still waiting. The company used (XDP) provided a delivery time slot then never showed up, later claiming not to find the location. Trying to get a response or organise another delivery date with XDP (tried online chat and email - no response) was pretty much impossible. I went back to Crazy Price Beds who also could not track the bed and so we are still waiting over 2 weeks later.

Excellent customer service couldn’t fault the team, delivery wasnt the best, damaged goods but this rectified with replacement. 2 beds were amazing, 1 bed which was replaced - middle support must have a factory issue as they don’t line up - but we made it work. Overall great experience 😃

I was so mixed about the reviews with this company, I was almost put off from going ahead with all of the negative reviews. However, I’ve just received my new bed today and I have to say, I’m so pleased with this!

I bought the Huntington Ecru Fabric in small double size, it came in two boxes and my friend who helped me was able to assemble easily, there was nothing missing, all the slats fit perfect and the quality is so nice for the price! I’m so happy that I went ahead with this, if you’re looking for a cheap bed and lovely quality, definitely give it a go with ordering. Hopefully like me, you won’t have any problems, I’ll have to see how the bed is tonight when I sleep!

My beds arrived the next day.
I was unable to activate the 20% off offer for a first purchase when I paid for it, and the company sent me a refund virtually immediately after I emailed them about my problem with the discount.
I'm very happy with the products although I haven't yet assemble them as I will be moving house.
I found the customer service to be excellent and also the price of the beds, which was discounted.
Would definitely recommend!

delivery notification was bad , the quality of the bed was bad , too much building myself with bad instructions, the build quality is crap compared to a bed I bought a few years ago for similar price

It’s been 3 weeks and I still have not recieved my bed- I have emailed 3 times and they have replied, however I’m starting to feel that this is a scam company.
Customer service keeps fobbing me off, telling me that there has been an issue in the dispatch department, meanwhile I’m still sleeping on the floor.

I was sent two boxes one with the correct headboard and the other the wrong base and frame. I’m still yet to receive the correct items there had been no urgency to get the right item sent

Excellent customer service my single ottoman bed was perfect for what I needed and the added bonus of buying a brand new tempur mattress on social media for 5% of the recommended retail price was the icing on the cake

So impressed with the service from this company. Although I can't comment on the actual bed yet (it's still boxed and will be coming with us when we move house), the customer service so far has been brilliant. I had a number of enquiries both before and during the buying process, all of which were answered very promptly. I have no doubt, if there is an issue with the bed when we unbox and build, it will be sorted. Thank you!

Zero communication and customer support. Delivery took almost a month.

Very pleased overall. Bought a day bed which was sadly damaged in transit but I contacted the customer service team and they did everything possible to make things right. The bed is exactly what I wanted and I feel offers great value for money. Easy to assemble too.

Not sure why theres so many negative reviews about the delivery. I almost didn't purchase because of this but was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was estimated at 10 days and it took 4 days -including the weekend. I had a good experience with this company. The bed was perfect and it's strong with no issues.

The gas lift does not work…..
One side is okay but the other other does not work so the bed will not stay up when lifted. Not happy

Absolutely love our new bed and mattress! It’s incredibly comfortable, well made, and we’ve both noticed such a difference in the quality of our sleep. The service from start to finish was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great night’s sleep
