I bought my Seta about 18 months ago to keep up with my wife who had bought an expensive Dutch model a few months prior. Apart from a puncture I've now covered 1,800 trouble free miles. I'm mid sixties and fat but can comfortably ride 25 to 40 miles in an afternoon without suffering too much. Whilst heavy the Seta is well built and the battery has been reliable. Now thinking about cycling holidays which I would never have considered two years ago! A list of UK approved service agents would be the icing on the cake - take note Crazybird.

Unfortunately had to cancel an order with Crazybird. Excellent customer service from Lola, could not do enough to help.

Ordered 2 Seta bikes for myself & husband and are really pleased with them and the customer service were so helpful and replied quickly .
The video showing how to put together was a great help .
They’re very sturdy bikes and comfortable to ride. Having that extra power on hills etc is great , we love our new bikes and would highly recommend 😁

Absolutely great bikes, i have two Jumpers, what's let me down this time is, the carrier giving different delivery dates, but mostly my latest bike doesn't stay in 3rd gear, I have messaged via the website and still haven't got a reply asking how to do the adjustment myself or my local cycle shop wants £25 to do a job that should have been done and checked before delivery. The UK support is very responsive and subsequently right up to delivery, so no disappointment there, I'm not knocking this company as the products are great value for the price and i would buy again. My original Jumper has nearly 4500 miles on it now, I've only replaced brake pads and tyres once, all the testimonials I have read agree these are superb bikes.
Edit: after finding a video that specifically shows this bikes derailleur I have adjusted it so I have now all the gears, the manufacturer did message me regarding this issue, so I have no issues recommending this company, and would definitely buy a Crazybird again.

My dad loves his bike says they great for the money really enjoying getting around with hith health struggles he didnt think he would ride again but is able too with confidence great too see him happy again on 2 wheels!

First impressions of this bike is 10/10. Rides so smooth and absolutely love it. Also great customer service. Highly recommended

I watched the videos on YouTube on this bike and decided to take a chance and wow glad I did. It’s a real cracking piece of kit and for the price unbelievable. I must honestly give a fantastic thank you to Lola in customer service who has been amazing and couldn’t do enough to help. Overall a fantastic experience thank you.

Just purchased the crazy bird jumper step through in white , arrived on the date specified excellent packaging and easy to assemble purchased this one after my other E bike was stolen communication with the company has been excellent thanks to Lola Hayes these bikes are excellent value for money if your looking for a great looking e bike with high spec then the jumper is for you .

I purchased the Crazybird Jumper bike from crazybirdbike.co.uk last summer, and I'm generally satisfied with my purchase. The bike arrived quickly and was excellently packaged. Assembly was straightforward and hassle-free. The build quality and design are impressive. The battery holds its charge for a long time, which is exactly what I needed. The bike is a bit on the heavy side, but that's a minor issue considering its overall performance. I believe this e-bike offers outstanding value for money. I'm so satisfied that I would consider buying another one, perhaps for my wife. The accessories I ordered arrived significantly later than the bike itself, and I didn't receive prior notification about the delay. Additionally, I signed up for notifications when the rear rack would be back in stock, but never received an alert. I only discovered it was available again by chance when checking the website recently. Despite these minor communication issues, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend the Crazybird Jumper to anyone looking for a quality e-bike at a reasonable price.

CU2 model- These bikes are awesome! Order a pair on line and after a little hiccup with the order going through (quickly resolved by Lola at customer service) they were delivered by FedEx. The packaging is perfect so no knocks or bumps during transit and set up is really straightforward even for us two oldies. Being used to hybrid non e-bikes we’ve taken the time to ride them just as a standard bike to get a feel for them and then switched on the assist mode. Wow! Brilliant and initially terrifying in equal measure, the feel of assist helping out is something else. These bikes fold away easily and although they are not the lightest they are manageable. Take your time to read the instruction booklet and set the seat height and brakes to improve your comfort level. The tools that you need for set up are included along with a pump and charger. The included extras such as lights, on board computer and horn and make for a superior riding experience. Can’t wait to do a longer ride now just need the weather to improve a bit. Finally a shout out to Lola at customer service who is so prompt and professional in her support and response to my many questions, she really is a star. If you fancy one of these bikes I’d say go for it. Such fun, beep beep.

Fantastic Service!

I'm very impressed with my CrazyBird Jumper e-bike. It's such good fun! It's well made and the power and performance is on point.

On my first ride, I travelled about 14 miles and the battery lost one bars. The ride is comfortable and it handled different terrains with ease.

I also want to compliment the customer service. It was first class from start to finish. Particularly Lola - who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Lola was super helpful and responded to questions really quickly. Lola really did go above and beyond.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the CrazyBird Jumper to anybody wanting to give e-bikes a try. The CrazyBird team are great to deal with.

Fantastic Bike! Far better than I thought it would be and for such an excellent price. Love riding it to work and for leisure. Customer service is unbelievably good - super fast responses to queries and very helpful. Great company. I wish them every success going forward!

Well packaged , great bike , im in the uk and my bike was set to unlocked when i purchased the 250 motor making it 500 which is not legal in the uk , i did notice and re-attached the clip inside motor , easy to put together but take care , got 10.00 refund due to back board been unusable due to chips and scratches, but i love my bike , great custometr service so far so good, but i did get a notification at 4.30am to say my bike was been delivered that day , so not great, was delivered at 10.30am , more notice would be great but maybe thats dpds fault

I ordered 2 electric bikes , both were delivered on the same day , very well packaged. assembly was very easy (but i am an engineer), all tools supplied. The bikes are a superb quality of build and design. Both were given a 12 miles test yesterday and both performed faultlessly , lovely bikes to ride ---Very pleased with them.

I had an issue with original delivery address but then was contacted by Lola and we came to an agreement.
Bike is very good and easy to build.
Communication was very good and cant praise Lola enough. If there wasnt an issue with original delivery address and costs I would have given it 5 stars.

after receiving the bike all was good no complaints so fare. however im STILL asking when they will get the rack and mud guards, a simple rough date would have done, this is why only 3 stars. crazybird is your reading answer my question and ill happily review.

Decided to go for the Jumper. Ordering easy and super fast delivery and well packaged. Bike is well built and feels solid. Had a minor issue with a light but it was addressed by a great Customer Services representative. All in all a great experience with this company.

So we have been looking for eBikes and found CrazyBird Bikes and so glad we did. The prices are great and the shipping was speedy. I ordered one bike but then found my husband pinched it so I had to order a second. I dealt with Lola and she was nothing short of amazing and an absolute credit to this company. As for the bikes, we ordered two C3 E-bikes - they are amazing! Thank you
