Steven and Dean were amazing. Worked so hard. Friendly and helpful. Did an amazing job. Left everything nice and tidy.

I was cold called, which I normally do not respond to, but my house is old and the insulation tired, so I listened. The rep came and inspected my loft free of charge. He explained clearly, simply and precisely where the problem areas were, and why they had occurred. He gave his recommendations as to how they could be fixed, but at no time was I pressured into purchasing anything. When I did agree to new insulation, care was taken to ensure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Installation itself was remarkably quick and fuss free with absolutely no mess left behind. Altogether a very pleasant experience. It is not cheap, but my heating bills should reduce, so it is a good investment.

The initial contact was good - the office staff had good product knowledge and answered all questions.
Their surveyor arrived only a few days later - he was delayed on the M56 but kept me updated. He was very thorough and explained every aspect of the work in language I could understand. The work team were very friendly and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Well Done, Excellent Job!

I had problems with mould, damp and condensation… SO, when I received a call from the company, to my delight, I thought it would be good to get a surveyor out and discuss the issues I had. It was a definite no brainer for me to go ahead and get this work carried out after everything was thoroughly explained by the surveyor, Kyle. He was a lovely lad and took his time to discuss my loft and the spray foam. I was very satisfied with the company and benefits. A couple young guys then came to carry out the insulation process itself which only took a couple hours - very kind, clean and tidy , no problems at all! The loft is now dry, my home is much warmer and I’m now also making savings so my overall experience 5***!

My big gripe is that despite at least three phone calls I have yet to receive my receipt or the promised guarantee. My calls have elicited the response "It's in the post".

A great non- intrusive experience. We hardly knew the installers were here. And so clean and tidy. We were advised that they would be a little later than expected and this was fine.

Very helpful, friendly and explained everything very clearly.Explained all about the foam and how it works and it definitely does work. The loft is so much warmer and no condensation .

I wasn't at all sure that this was genuine but checked with HICS and was reassured.
The workmen were personable, polite and professional.
They explained what they were going to do and showed me photographs of the loft as it was before and after the job was done.
They were quick and clean. I couldn't ask for more.

It all started with a phone call and although there was a reluctance to provide a rough price over the phone, Cozy Home offered to arrange for a sales rep and do an assessment. Having arrived on time Pablo initially explained the product and after a loft inspection, we chatted over the advantages and cost, explaining that the eaves would be totally sealed, making it a cosy space! There was no pressure to purchase, however, the product might have sold itself, but I was extremely impressed with Pablo and how he handled everything, which overall made for a pleasant experience. Having agreed a price, a slot was available in a few days, with the two lads arriving on time. They were friendly and professional, explained what needed to be done and how they would go about things. Clean workers, with plastic down on the staircase and landing, and the job was finished in a few hours - brilliant. Just to say that it was an early appointment and I wished I’d warned my neighbour [who sleeps in] as the machine would have definitely been heard next door – not a criticism, just worth a mention for others! Good job done and in addition to the savings in heating bills, I now have a cosy loft space where I can spend some time sorting out some of the accumulated junk! Would thoroughly recommend both the product and Cozy Home.

We were contacted with a cold call, which initially made us a bit suspicious. However, the phone call was very friendly and non-pressured so we decided to arrange an appointment. Gary, the sales rep, arrived bang on time and explained exactly how the roof insulation would be carried out. Again there was no pressure to make a decision, just a helpful and friendly conversation. The installation was carried out very efficiently a week later by the two-man team, who were polite, helpful and quick. We could feel the extra warmth in the loft and there was a minimum of additional cleaning necessary to return the loft conversion room to a fully-inhabitable state. Overall, an excellent installation, clean and efficient. I would recommend this company, who were a pleasure to deal with at all times.

Roof spray foam insulation done in one week after agreeing price. Workers was professionals, done job quickly, no issues at all. Flexible price, good service, quality, my loft is warmer immediately after installation. Thanks. Recommended to everyone, worth money you'll spend.

I found the product I was looking for easily, the ordering process was straightforward and delivery was very prompt. The items I ordered (wool tumble drier balls) were well packaged & in perfect condition.
