this is a split review 5 ***** for the work crews who do the work and 1 * for the office staff.
The two teams who worked on my loft were polite,helpful and tidy absolutly no promblems.
The office well lets give them 5 ***** to start they lose 1 for cold calling a TPS number. Their surveyer was supposed to take 3/4 hour took 11/2 mostly bigging up his company. so 4****. £10,500price quoted was way to high .then the con of ring manager and i could get get a reduction if they had a commercial job local to my area to £ 7500 so now 3***. ( note my second crew came 4hours from Nottingham I'm in Wimbledon so not local ).
Then an office revue droped the price to £ 4995
which I accepted ( less than half the original quote).

First crew were late and on enquiring office told me were "stuck in traffic" they use this excuse far to offen (see other reviews),crew said they were not stuck " where did I get that idea"! I asked the office how long the job would take, they said 6 hours I told them no way, at least 12 hours ( i used to be a time and motion man ) office said they were sending 4 man crew only 2 turned up. Down to 2**. Job actually
took 2 men 13 hours.

I had agreed to the hybris system (r = 3.65) the office without telling me "upgraded" me to the Superfilm system (r=1.65) when I found out I asked how this was an up grade with less r value they said " we do not use the r value " ??? 1*

I had new windows and Doors done .
The two workmen turned up on time each day they were here for three days they removed all old windows and Doors also cleaned up all the Rubbish, the finishing job is so amazing I'm so happy 😃

The 2workmen turned up on time &were very friendly & efficient They hoovered up afterwards &left everywhere tidy The old insulation was taken away as promised

From the moment the team turned up, they were very polite & kept us informed of what was being done, very clean & tidy, taking all the old insulation away. Very reliable turning up when they said they would.

The company have very good workers. Could not find fault they cleared up any mess they made and hoovered up after themselves. Steve and team worked really well together and no fault with any of them.

Cozy Homes Solutions organised the complete re-painting of our 1930's house, previously rendered in dark grey concrete pebble-dash rendering. The house is now a beautiful medium yellow colour, giving it a freshness and colour that the house never had before.

The project was completed very quickly and the workmen were very kind and anxious to please. A most successful investment for us.

A good company to work with, a seamless service from the surveyor to the installers finishing the job. Apart from two false starts on installation dates of which Cosy Homes had no control over, however they were a bit slow in communicating that another installation date needed to be booked. The installers did a very good and clean job on the day.

The installation team arrived on time and worked well. They explained what they were going to do and the material they were using. They put a covering over our carpet to protect it and were very clean workers, they tidied up after the work was completed. They asked us to inspect the work after completion which was very well done. We have noticed that the upstairs area is warmer since the work was done.

The assessment visit was full, accurate and informative.
The actual installment was made quickly and efficiently, and arranged for a time and date that suited us much sooner than I would have anticipated. No mess!
Improvement in attic insulation notable already.

My 81 year old aunt received a cold call from this company. A man came out to her home and she ended up signing a contract for Hygris loft insulation. Fortunately she realised what she had done and the contract was cancelled within 48 hours. The quote was extremely expensive compared to subsequent quotes from other reputable insulation companies. My elderly aunt has still not received her £1,000 deposit back, despite being told it was posted to her over a week ago first class. The deposit was paid by debit card, but Cosy Home Solutions insist the refund has to be made by cheque. I will be checking this with trading standards as well as pursuing through small claims court. If you have an elderly relative or it is just yourself, my advice is to proceed with caution and make sure they/you get other quotes.

Cozy Homes came and installed Hybris loft insulation in our roof during the summer. The installers worked hard and fast and we were pleased with the job. When it came to the winter, however, we noticed that there was a new draft coming from the loft. I called Darrell on December 23. In the first week of January, he and Rheanna came and personally checked on the problem and then the following week the draft was rectified at no extra cost. Very fast and straightforward and clear communication. Lovely and warm now.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. I cancelled my order 2 months ago still waiting for the refund. This company do not speak to their customers, terrible customer service.

All processes from making the deal to installation have gone well and on time. The two staff worked hard from the moment they arrived and completed the installation just be fore dusk. It appears that they have made a good job ,although it is only a matter of less that 2 hours since they left. I would be in a better position to comment in a few days time.

The two Indian guys installed two windows and a new door. They worked very hard throughout course of day and did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

After an initial miscommunication about where or not I needed my lift re-insulated the guys did an excellent job. They came on time and got on with the job at hand. Worked quickly and organised and did a very efficient job. The rubbish left outside was collected within 2 hours. All round a great job done. I’d definitely recommend.
