The clothes advertised on cowboyhood look great nothing at all like what I received in the mail. All printed satiny feeling material. The sweater was w really nice and fuzzy warm and cute but the other stuff look nothing like in the web pictures. The clothes looks knitted and plush but it's not. Even the description says it's knitted it's not.

These people are liars
I have an email trail extending over months try ing to resolve the issue in my original post. They will not authorize a return. A partial credit was then agreed upon. They never issued credit despite numerous requests.
The response to this appears to be a robo reply. Every effort was made to work with them. This exchange demonstrates that you should stay away,

Items are nothing like what is shown
Items are nothing like what is shown in there website. Ordered two garments, both end up being very thin almost plastic like and about two to three sizes too small even though they are marked XXL.

The clothing I received does not fit and is not at all what I expected. I requested a refund and they offer to refund 20%. Which is un acceptable.

Shirts came small and no refund as advertised.
I ordered 7 shirts on 9/1/25. The shirt came too small. I wear XXL and ordered XXL. After talking with them, I decided to ask for a full refund as advertised. The service person said it would take a very long time to get a refund as the seven shirts would have to go back to china. On Oct.12, 2025 they offered me a 40% discount on an order if I would keep the shirt I had an gotten, give them away, and order new ones. I accepted their offer and gave the shirt away. I ask how to make an order with 40% discount and was told the service person was waiting for the company to OK it. Now I'm getting no response from service and have no idea how to get 40% on a new order. I guess I lost my entire order. Kiss my $175 goodbye. 01/19/26.

Long fulfill time and not 3D but still cool!
Order at least 3 or 4 weeks ahead.
Limited valentine ugly sweater stuff, and prices are high. What I have so far has been fine/good. Pictures are deceiving I.e. 3d effect but still cool!
Cool veterans stuff but nothing for navy guys like corpsman or CPOs or PO3 or Vietnam Era……

What a joke!
What a joke! Took forever to receive my freedom sweatshirt. Finally arrived and was cheap looking and way too small. I sent it back for a large but evidently they did not receive it. We tracked the package and we know they got it. Sent many emails to them regarding the situation. What a scam! I’m sure I’ll get the same email that everyone has got word for word. Looks like it's time to get a lawyer involved. Do not order from this company!

Deceitful. Complete Scam
As sooooo many of the other, non robotic users have posted, the items were cheap and definitely not what they should have been. I wouldn't use these 2 hoodies they sent to wipe up an oil spill. Complete scam. And since so many people have pointed out the equal quality in their customer service, I won't waste my time TRYING to contact them either as I'm sure they will respond with the same pointless automated response that they've given to some of my fellow suckers on this site.

The items we received in no way compared to the pictures presented on their website. The items were cheap and printed material instead or actual knot art. Do not buy from this scam site.

BUYER BEWARE - Products are not at all what are advertised!
I ordered a Viking inspired jacket from this company.
In the ad, the product looks very nice. What I got was a very cheap, very thin, polyester hoodie with a printed on design that only vaguely resembles the beautiful pic of a jacket in their online ad. This is very clearly a bait and switch. I just filed a dispute with PayPal. I hope I get my money back. Very clearly a ripoff!

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service. Their idea of a return is 20% credit and you keep the items ordered. If you get your return after 2 months of back n forth, you the customer has to pay the shipping and taxes into their country. The quality is very cheap. The sizing is way off. Way too small. I even ordered two sizes my size and the next size up. The pictures do not look like the item you ordered at all. It’s actually a picture put on cheap material of what you ordered. I ordered Ms Claus dress. It was so awful and cheap material. I will never order from this company again!

*UPDATE: True Scam from "overseas". After being offered 10% to 40% of my total refund - with their whining about "international fees" being so high to issue refund that's all they can offer- just to get it over with i tentatively accepted.. now.. NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION ON THEIR PART and NO REFUND.!. Definitely stuck with CRAP items that are UGLY & don't fit. Should question why they respond to ALL 1*reviews with same canned AI Robotic response.* Items are definitely not as they appear on their AI website. I would say it's false advertisement or bait n switch.. but.?! **It IS FALSE ADVERTISING** Odered for Christmas gifts recv'd weeeeks later **tho being mailed from CA**, even tho they instantly take your money. They respond to emails requesting refunds in an extremely untimely manner so they don't have to refund customers. They haven't responded to 11th email sent requesting refund, and also asking how to return items that were requested ti NOT be sent due to requesting a refund before they even processed the order. I'm sure we're stuck with their inferior substandard products.. Just be aware before ordering from this website because their products are NOT as they appear.

Unprofessional and poor customer service
I don't typically write reviews but I am disgusted with the customer service! First the items came late and then I couldn't use them so I wanted to return them, unused of course. I sent about 10 emails asking how to complete a return and all I got was the runaround and when I wanted to escalate the issue to management I never got a call or response. So now nothing got resolved and I'm stuck with these items I can't use. This company is so unprofessional i don't know how they are still in business! WARNING: Do not order from them!

It was the worst experience
It was the worst experience. Of purchasing online. The items. Online do not match up what you actually get. You do not get a heavy knitted sweater or. A cloak or a coat? You get a cheap imitation on polyester. I just emailed them but I don't have high hopes of it. Getting a refund? Also get this. One purchase. Was rejected by my bank, however. If your bank rejects it, they use another collection. Process and they get the money. Buyer beware. yada yadda yada I sent the pictures. To them days ago. And they still have not replied. I just sent them again. I sent them again. I still get no reply no refund.
