This has been going on for 2 Months. They are now not giving any return info either. No help from Paypal either

Another scam company from China! Items are nowhere near what the website shows. I just received a top I ordered from them. Cheap poly stamped print - and the items are exactly like what comes from ElevenForest - both are out of Wuhan. Don't waste your money.

They are out and out liars and thieves.
The product I purchased was not at all what they sent me. Not wool but polyester! total crap!
When you complain, they make believe they will fix it for you, but they never do ..it goes on and on, then they finally say that that can only refund 50% and you keep the product or else you have to send it back to China at your expense. Then they claim they sent you the 50% refund, but they didn't

Cowboyhood has sent the exact same garbage that they sent when I first complained to them.

This is a total bait and switch company! I got taken for roughly $250 buying their "VIKING" garments that looked absolutely nothing like what I received. To call this cheaply made foolishness cosplay would be a compliment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!

Scam Dealer, Product not as shown
Purchased a set of items from their website. Thought everything was reasonably priced and on sale. Website showns prodeucts as woven and knitted in product and embroidery. What I got was cheap polyester with designs imprinted, neither woven nor embroidered as advertised. One product was labeled as XL but fit was that of a Medium to Large. Filed a complaint for replacement with Actual Ordered product that they had advertised or a refund, their customer service proceeded to jgnore me and my complaints. nearly 3 months later and still nothing. I've had to write the $200 off as a loss. It sucks because one of the items was supposed to be a christmas present but what I recieved was so cheap and horrible that it was better suited to a child who needed a layer of clothing.

Cowboyhood's response to my review about them being an Absolute Scam....
I wrote a review a couple days ago about how they refused to refund my money, even though article of clothing they sent me looks nothing like what they advertised on their website. Specially stated in the review that I had been corresponding with their customer service for 5 weeks with no success. Sent photos, multiple emails to them and their response always the same. They would only give me a 30% refund, even though the article of clothing does not like what I ordered from their website. Their response to my review was for me to reach out to their customer service and send photos.
Apparently, these are automated responses when it is flagged as a poor review.
Bottom line.... Buyer Beware of this Company.

Refuse to refund my money, goods never delivered, their answer was to force me to prove I never got the items. Do not buy from this lousy company. Their customer service sucks. Their products are cheap and they will refuse to deal with you

I wish I could rate negative
I wish I could rate negative. Ordered a product and received a totally different product from what was ordered. Reached out for a refund (website states refunds will be issued no questions asked if within 30 days of purchase) within the allotted timeline and was told they could do a 40% refund or I could pay to send it back to them. When I told them this didnt make sense to pay more for their error they stated they would issue the 40%. This was never done. They then told me they needed all of my bank information for processing. At no point did I use a bank for any of my transactions. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

This company is a scam. It misrepresented all items I ordered. Not at all as pictured or described. Won't refund more than 30% . Items are cheap crap. Photocopies onto cheap nylon polyester materials. Don't buy from them!

Poor quality products
Items were not as they appeared on the Cowboyhood website. Two items were wildly oversized and one was under-sized. Cheap slick fabric. When inquiring about a return I found their process surprising. They requested pictures of the items and they would then determine if I was worthy of a return. Their policy for returns is 30 days from the date of order. Following instructions on their website I returned all items to the address on the return label (to a California address) within the timeline and it was received, still no refund. Customer service informed me items have to be returned to China. I caution anyone from ordering from this website.

The website makes it appear that you are ordering a sweater. However, you are getting a hoodie that is printed in the design of the sweater. It's ok, but nothing what it was described to be.
