Easy, Friendly, Value-for-money
Excellent and simple service where you see exactly what you are covered for. The website is easy and intuitive and the price is very good. The website actually glitched while I was processing my order - I phoned the customer line and Shannon, who answered, could not have been more helpful and cheerful. Great service all around!

Dreadful policy renewal process
Their policy renewal process was a right shambles. Their email mixed up the terms policy number and certificate number which was very confusing, and the links they gave were unable to retrieve the renewal quote. Having eventually managed to access the renewal quote by a different route, I updated my address, but when the policy documents arrived the address was not updated. Very disorganised.
