Well priced and good comms
What made Covered2Go stand out from the other 2 Which? best buys I looked at, was that Covered2Go made it easy to get further information about potential policies without engaging in sales pitches by call centre people clearly on commission. They were really responsive and answered the questions asked. Written information made comparisons with other policies really easy. Price wise they were significantly cheaper whilst offering more enhanced coverage. One star docked because the process of linking the separate medical endorsement paperwork to their hub was harder work than it needed to be.
