Few times they hold the money with them…
Few times they hold the money with them for over 3-4 days before making the transfer. I had 2 deals that got cancelled due to their slow transfer and response.
I have missed up on investments as they did not respect the deadline
Will never use them again

Great rates, automate the service.
I transferred some money to the UK. The rates were fantastic, but overall for something supposed to be automated they could use some more automation. I transferred money immediately and because Covercy and I happen to use the same bank that transfer is actually immediate. Yet they didn't acknowledge it for 2 days (I was told because my transfer was still being approved). Accurate information would have been easier on everyone!
Ultimately the transfer was approved (they called to clarify some information which was fine they were right), and the transfer was approved and everything was great. But had I been properly kept in the loop that would have let me feel better that I knew where my money was.
