Very cumbersome process of money transfer. Not all requirements are mentioned upfront and by the time you get to transfer the money - the exchange rate had changed.... I used a different- easy, legal and reliable provider.

Terrible service

Unclear requirements although the regulator is pretty clear on what’s needed.

An uncommunicated delay in bank holidays made them charge me for additional 1000 DKK.
They are also a bit more expensive than competitors

Dishonest.

They give you one rate, and then let you know that it didn’t go in, and charge you a higher rate later on. Unprofessional, a money making scheme. Stay away.

BEWARE - Covercy does not even deserve one star - terrible service, several attempts at a transfer that should have succeeded on first attempt. Subsequently after several additional mistakes I received money back into my account only to see over 1,500 shekel less. I am currently investigating this - Covercy received all the adequate information for this transfer to succeed the first time. Worse than the money lost is the valuable time and effort trying to get the transfer through.

They offer an amazing service, they're much cheaper than banks and their customer support agents, Inbal and Coral, were excellent.

Sent a payment from Israel to Hungary for purchasing real estate. The fees and exchange rate were lower than any bank offered. Transaction went through in a few days. Overall happy with the experience.

locked in my rates, transferred the funds immediately, got a call today after 3 days that rates have changed, and now I can choose to lose money or to get my money back into my bank account and forfeit the transfer, this is absolutely rubbish service.

Great for transfers from ILS to USD

I've used Covercy for the past couple of years and always had good experiences. This past month, June 2019, it took longer than usual to transfer the funds. Neta from Covercy was great and helped me in English to resolve the issue. Now the transfer has been approved.

Takes forever. Plan for 2 weeks and 50 emails before you get your transfer complete. Did two full transfers with transferwise in less time it takes then to approve my money is in there bank. Still waiting over 5 days after I've moved the money to then.

lot's of things are unclear, the rate exchange was changed 3 times: before, when I check the rate, during the transfer and finally before the final approval

Good and easy, better than the bank.
