Helped me with a boat cover that was advertised as fitting my boat, but actually turned out to be a little long. Helped me with the return and got the correct cover to me quickly.

I had the wrong cover sent to me and the team at Cover Anything fixed the issue in a timely manner. Awesome customer service!

First of all, they market their car covers as "7 layers" and that they will protect your car from small to medium sized hail. Maybe it's 7-ply? But it's one layer of cloth. Zero hail protection. The "no hassle" returns are also a big hassle. I sent my cover back April 13, it is now April 29 and I have not heard a thing about my refund, which could be as little as $128.00 of a $208 purchase. The 24/7 phone support merely refers you to email, and good luck. I'm not having anything but my time and money wasted with these crooks UPDATE- SPECIFY What mid size hail is in your advertising then. You didn't exactly defend your product to me, you changed the subject and told me I needed a structure for XL hail. Yes I got $128.00 back from a $208.00 purchase today, after I left this review. Your cloth is a mere car cover, not a hail protector, and it appears to be one layer thick. Your advertising is deceptive, your refund policy is ridiculous, $39 standard ship back, and another $40 for what? I sent you bacxk a perfecrtly unused and clean car cover. It was sent to me in a box that was bursting at the seams, and i was unable to use that box to ship it back. You don't have any phone support, period. You are full of it.
UPDATE -I have been offered a full refund, I think, but only if I agree to take down this review. I'm tired of these bullies, you should know how they treat people. Even when they offered the refund they said this,

" we are willing to refund your funds once the inaccurate reviews are removed and treat this as "water under the bridge." At the end of the day, it doesn't benefit either of us to spend this much time and emotion on a car cover."

I stand behind every fact I presented in this review, and the "emotion" is called anger. I hope they enjoy the money they took from me, they are still claiming that a regular car cover offers hail protection. They still claim to have 24/7 phone support, another boldface lie. They don't want you to know that they have a punitive return policy, in which they arbitrarily subtract $80 from your return.

Cover Anything was a completely satisfying experience! My order was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, I needed to return the item. Customer Service took care of the return process equally as prompt and as efficient as the delivery. I will not hesitate contacting Cover Anything for my future needs.

I reached out to Cover Anything about a recently purchased item that I may need to return after the 30 day return window. Knowing that might be the case, I didn't open the box.
They have graciously said they'll extend the return window so I can resolve my boat issues. That was what I was hoping for.

What stood out was detailed overall protection against elements, also free cable and lock to protect the cover from theft was a plus. Not to forget 10 year warranty.

So I guess maybe I could have read a little deeper into the product description and maybe realized that the cover I ordered was not a 'fitted' cover. The cover arrived quickly, all good, just not what I was looking for. Got an exchange worked out with a few emails and now have the new perfectly fitted cover on my car. Happy, happy.

Great product, easy to order

I have been using Cover Anything car cover on my 2023 Mercedes E350 for a couple weeks now and it works fantastic. I trust this padded cover with any weather conditions- especially from hail damage! I am no longer worried about my car being damaged by the elements.

Obviously, I highly recommend this product.

The platinum cover is well made and seemingly durable. Though I have my doubts whether it has enough cushion padding to protect from hail we get in Wi, it will def stand up to rain and just about anything else short of trees.
