Courthouse Interiors Debiting your card for products they don't even have in their warehouse
Be aware that Courthouse Interiors, in some cases as this one, debits your card for products they don’t even have in their own warehouse. They had stated it will be delivered within 10 days but kept delaying delivery, wasting my time FOUR times stating it will be next week, over and over and over again with long emails that are poshly written and trustworthy sounding but really are just empty words. With each new deadline you are given the impression that it's the true one, stringing you along. The latest agreement was that it would be delivered ONE Month after purchasing date. I then didn't hear again and found out after having chased them yet again (as they didn't even have the courtesy to get back in touch) that it would NOW take an additional TWO MONTHS, which would have made the total of delivery time THREE months instead of the 10 days initially stated! Most unprofessional company I would not trust with debiting my account ever again keeping money for a product which you then eventually have no choice but cancelling and asking for a refund as you find out that 'Surprise Surprise' the product is actually coming from another company abroad who can't even deliver it either! What a waste of time.

As soon as we were informed by our supplier that there would be an unexpected delay with your order, we reached out to explain the situation and offered alternative colour options that were available for next-day delivery, should you have preferred not to wait.
We also made it clear that a full cancellation and immediate refund were available at any point, and we were happy to arrange this as soon as requested.
While the item was not held in our warehouse at the time of order, this was listed as a standard lead-time product at checkout. That said, we fully acknowledge that the subsequent supplier issues went beyond what either of us would reasonably expect, and we’re truly sorry for the extended delay.
We take full responsibility for this experience falling short of the level of service we always aim to provide. Your feedback is sincerely appreciated and will help us improve how we communicate lead times and manage unforeseen supplier delays going forward.

Avoid at all costs
Ordered an item on 30/12. Appreciate delivery won’t be within their 10 day guarantee with Christmas and new year. It’s now a month later and item still not arrived. The company aren’t replying to my emails or phone calls. I’ve asked for a refund and to cancel the order. No reply.
Absolutely awful customer service, I like to support independent companies bit this one doesn’t deserve it

Faulty Installation and no accountability for damage/low quality product
Purchased an expensive £3k wardrobe from CourtHouse Interiors and paid for professional installation. During the installation, the installers damaged our existing furniture (bed) and installed the item incorrectly, leaving it poorly finished and not as advertised. There were scratches and marks on the product too.
We raised the issues promptly and provided details and pictures, but both Josh and Oliver (owner) refused to take responsibility or provide insurance details, despite the damage occurring during their installation or acknowledge that the unit had marks/scratches and the doors especially weren't fitted properly.
Mistakes can happen, but what matters most is how a business handles them. In this case, the lack of accountability and after sales support to rectify or resolve has been very disappointing. I asked if the product could be made good and they responded saying they would charge me for a collection and not refund the installation charge and I had 'high standards'.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend CourtHouse Interiors at all, if you expect care, quality workmanship or fair resolution when something goes wrong.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations.
We spent a considerable amount of time corresponding by email and phone in an effort to understand your concerns and reach a resolution that worked for you. Following a full review, the main point raised related to a gap of less than 2mm on one panel over 1.2 meters in length, which was confirmed to be within acceptable tolerances for a large, handmade piece of furniture.
That said, and in the interest of resolving matters amicably, we offered to collect the wardrobe at our cost (for free) and provide a full refund for the item, as it became clear the piece was unlikely to meet your expectations.
We regret that we weren’t able to reach an outcome you were happy with and wish you all the best going forward.

I can’t tell you how thrilled I am with my purchase from Courthouse Interiors!! After years of swooning over the Seletti X Toiletpaper mirrors, I treated myself to a smaller version in the sale. I absolutely adore the design and hope to one day own my very own Seletti X Toiletpaper Baroque Mirror. In my quest for ‘the mirror’ I stumbled across my most favourite purchase ever for our new home!!!! Unbelievably ridiculous but incredible circus mirror which I absolutely adore!!
