Had a broken Vortex red dot which was sent out yesterday. Had an email off Eddie at the Warranty service that cover Vortex. No hidden strings attached. Sent out a new one in the post. Cannot ask for anything else. Great warranty, great customer service. Anything I buy will now be from these lovely people.

I couldn't ask for better service; extremely prompt with replies, exceedingly polite and friendly, and Eddie even got the item out to me a couple of days before I needed it. The reviews on this site don't lie, CSW is an excellent and very reliable company.

It's great to know that if I ever have any issues with any Vortex products, now or in the future, it is backed up by genuinely rock solid guarantee via CSW.

I recently damaged my pair of Vortex Crossfire binoculars, 1 email to Eddie and he replied very quickly with a copy of a simple form for me to fill in, sent them down and they were replaced the next day, fantastic service.

I went to CSW in order to get a Service & repair to my Scope. I haven’t had any dealings with CSW prior to this one so this is very much a review written on the basis of my first contact with them as a company.
Honestly I can’t fault them for their level of customer care and perseverance to get the job done well and turned around quickly. Eddie kept me informed all the way and despatched my scope promptly as he had promised. I would definitely use CSW again and highly recommend them.

Absolutely fabulous service from Eddie at the warranty department, honestly never experienced better! An email that provides a smile, rather than the soul destroying drudgery that has become the calling card of the average email and automated customer service departments.

I've just returned my Vortex scope under the VIP warranty, I initially emailed CSW late at night and received a reply the very next morning, I boxed up and posted my scope on Wednesday and received an email confirming it had been received on the Thursday, after several emails keeping me up to date on the process (fault found very quickly), I was informed that a new replacement had been dispatched which I received today, a two day turnaround from posting and receiving the replacement. The service I received was excellent, I have several Vortex scopes and the after sales service I received from Eddie at CSW has confirmed that I've bough the right products and will continue to use the Vortex brand.

Excellent service from Eddie, really quick and efficient. I had a pair of Vortex binoculars with a wobbly eyecup, which were fixed rapidly and returned all cleaned as well. Great service.

The only negative thing I have to say is that I am not able to give 10 stars. I had such a fantastic experience with Eddie from start to finish. After traveling much of Africa's remote places for my work, my Vortex binos were in need of much TLC. Eddie assisted from the very start and assured me he would look after my binos and he did. They were returned to me extremely quickly looking amazing ... I feel like I have a new pair. Great service and I am very grateful.

I had a Vortex monocular that needed some repairs, which was covered under a lifetime warranty. I was referred to Country Sports to handle the warranty and repair process. The warranty team was very communicative and transparent during the entire process, and updated me after each step of the reception, repair, and return shipping. Overall, very fast and painless!

Unbelievably quick warranty return on 2 vortex optics. Posted out on Tuesday and back with me by Thursday. What a service. Truely VIP.

Sent a vortex red dot in under warranty, within a day of receipt they had contacted me to let me know a replacement was on the way which duly arrived the following day. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Had a very slight problem with ret on 6.5 / 7 year old Viper PST, sent to Country Sports with Vortex warranty form. 3 days later a brand new replacement was received in exactly the same spec
