Vortex Binos needed minor repair so contacted Eddie at CSW who was absolutely brilliant to deal with, he should teach customer service courses to other businesses !! From first contact through to return of binos communication was excellent and turn around time from him receiving binos sorting them and me getting them back was 48 hrs in total and they repair is perfect binos are now like new again. Very impressed Indeed !
I’ve been considering purchasing a new pair of travel binos and after this experience it will be Vortex who get my money thanks to Eddie at CSW !

I sent my vortex binoculars to this company...a well used one that had a lot of use for many years. They came back as new and with a much needed tune-up !! The company was refered to me from the original vortex company which has on multiple times given amazin service.

Professionalism and effectiveness; the spare part has been shipped the same day of the request.

Fantastic service! Sent my rangefinding binoculars in with a fault on Monday morning, replacement pair were back with me Wednesday afternoon! Eddie was great to deal with, great service backing up great products!

Damaged my scope when I dropped my rifle.

Filled out the online form and posted the scope off on Saturday morning.
Received a email Monday to confirm my scope had arrived, along with a result of testing and that they had a replacement that would be sent straight out.

A brand new replacement scope arrived Tuesday.

Sent in my Vortex Razor spotting scope due to a mark/scratch within the eyepiece. Posted it on the Monday and by Tuesday lunchtime the warranty department (Eddie) had already received it, replaced the damaged part, given it an inspection and clean, and even went so far as to (VERY kindly) find me some replacement lens caps and a bag, and then shipped it back the same day!! Absolutely AMAZING service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Had a issue with my Vortex Crossfire, emailed Vortex and received a prompt positive response, was emailed warranty claim form to return the item and no quibble a replacement was on it way to my address

Absolutely fantastic

Fantastic experience getting a replacement mount for my vortex scope. Fast friendly and knowledgable. What more could you want?

An inner part of a left tube in my Vortex Razor 10x50 (old model) broke down. As this part is not available any more according to a life time warranty my old model has been quickly and smoothly replaced by a brand new Razor 10x50 HD.
Many thanks to Eddie Price from Country Sports Wholesale Ltd who kindly facilitated the whole process of repair/replacing and made it fast and efficient and friendly!

My binoculars came loose and fell on the only rock in the marsh!! Worked perfectly after knock but cast lug for harness broke!!! You can’t get better service from the CSW crew, straight away to help and less than a week later a replacement pair had arrived… top class service… so good in fact it’s only vortex products for me from now on

Recent accidental damage to a pair of Vortex binoculars , led me to testing the validity of the companies "lifetime warranty". Initial contact with US customer service, directed me to Country Sports Wholesale Ltd as their UK agents. I need not of worried, within a space of 3 days , including shipping the item to Hertfordshire and returning it to me, CSW pulled the stops out and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. 5 stars for turn around, communication both with Vortex US and CWS in the UK and for ultimate satisfactory resolution.

These guys are amazing! No quibble, fast experience.
I would recommend Vortex optics to anyone for that piece of mind.
Do yourself a favour and buy one if your in the market for a scope.

Had problems with Viper red dot optics,
Because it was bought from amazon, couldnt go to the local dealer to solve this, i made a contac via email.

Sent away an optic on Monday because it wouldn’t zero in. Got it back Thursday completely brand new replacement!!!!! Brilliant service and kept in contact the whole time. 100% recommend, I won’t go anywhere else for optics.
