Hi Ryan,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re very sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience.
We always make our policies as clear as possible including noting on our website that sale items are non-refundable, which is standard across many brands.
We always support customers before purchase with detailed size guides, images on real people, and by answering any sizing questions directly via social media and email.
We can confirm that our team did respond to your email to notify you a return was not possible (hence why you have written the review), and are sorry this wasn’t the response you hoped for.
We’re proud to have many positive reviews about our customer service, and we truly value every customer.
We hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back in the future.
Best regards,
The Coszus Team
