I had the spray foam
I had the spray foam
Installed , no certification was passed on when the job was complete neither was I informed that I had to get building controls approval on the work carried out. I’m in the process of trying to sell my home, the certification provided automatically failed building regulations as the readings they provided did not comply!
Further more investigation most banks won’t lend on a home with their insulation and home insurance is a grey area!! Cost twice as much to remove as it was to install.. these companies should be regulated

Hi Stephanie. All of our installs are completed to NI building regs. If you contacted us to tell us of building controls refusal we would have ensured that they passed the install. We work with building control all over the country on a weekly basis and all of our installs pass regulations. The building control officer assigned to your property was possibly unfamiliar with the product and its certifications - we would have been more than happy to deal with this on your behalf to assure its approval.
It is also incorrect that most banks do not lend - if the install is completed to PCA guidelines there are few lenders who refuse. The majority of major lenders now accept spray foam if installed correctly. This was proven in a recent BBC investigation.

Very professional the guys arrived on time and there was no hassle while they were here.... They worked quickly and were clean, and they tidied up after themselves.
Sine we got the insulation installed the difference has been felt immediately as the heat stays within the house and the draughts have disappeared now. We have had to reduce the thermostat setting and the house feels so much warmer. I got the attic area insulated and also insulated under our floors as we had a significant cavity under our floors which were accessible for a man with the sprayer. The difference in comfort level has been incredible.

Hi Monika. Sorry to hear that some insulation was left in your water tank. I have searched your name in our emails and cannot see any emails. Can you call our office and we will look in to this for you? Glad to hear that your house is much warmer now.
Very effective insulation
We got our wall cavity insulated and our attic insulated and the difference is very noticeable. We don't have to turn on our heating half as much as we used to. When you come home you think the heating is on but it hasnt been on for hours. I am rarely cold in the house now. I would recommend the spray insulation.

Very quick and efficient
Very quick and efficient from the time we were given the quote to having the work done. Overall happy with the service and would recommend. The attic is definitely warmer, have had no mice since installation and also hoping it will solve the black mould marks we have been getting on the ceilings due to the attic being so cold and causing condensation/moisture as a result.
