Cosyinsulation Anmeldelser

Had this installed Aprox 8yrs ago, probably the best insulation as regards draft elimination, we had the open cell installed. A “certificate” was supplied by cosy, had to have it removed as building control said it didn’t comply. I pushed building control as to why & they said no spray foam insulation meets current regs when put in felt or straight to tile. Also mortgage companies no longer approve any form of insulation, we know this as we’ve had the house independently surveyed as to its sellable condition.
-Cost to remove insulation only was £6,000+vat. Then had to strip plasterboard (dispose of correctly), re-insulate, plasterboard & plaster the ceilings.

Total was over £12k

PLEASE check with building control before using Any type of spray foam, for the sake of a few £££ building control will give the correct advice.

I contacted cosy to solely ask how best to remove their product -nothing more, nothing less. but I was met with “our product complies…” & an aggressive threat of legal action. This review is edited due to a threat of legal action.

Very quick and easy, has definitely made a different to our house! It holds the heat longer and does not get as cold.

Unfortunately, the guy’s hoover had broken and he asked to borrow ours. Wireless hoovers are not built to vacuum that much dust and it has not worked since (we only had a lot of dust as we had dormers in our front bedrooms they needed to cut into to get the insulation in, everywhere else was virtually dust-free)

From the moment I reached out to the final result of having my attic fully insulated I had less than three week, considering that I contacted the Cosy Insulation during the Christmas break. The lads arrived exactly as I requested early in the morning and did their job very well. I am one happy customer!

Thank You Cosy insulation. Im thrilled with my attic
Very efficient and friendly staff that came to me.

I didn’t know mark was there, he did a fantastic job, I had to go out, left him there, no problems
We are delighted we got it done, there is such a great change in the house, we were extra lucky to have it done the Tuesday of of the snow n low temperatures, n we only have electricity today from Thursday night, n the house did not feel cold. Great job. Thank u

Excellent service. There is a massive difference in our heat at home

I would recommend Cosyinsulation, the company was very professional from the initial consultation with Rod to the to the day of installation of the insulation. We are very happy with the service.

Ritchie was a really nice guy and very knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service. Great job and great people to work with. Highly recommended

The team arrived on time and worked all very hard allday. They needed to cut out pockets in the ceiling plasterboard to pump I. The insulation, this was done very neatly and replaced and re plastered perfectly and could barely notice that so much plasterboard needed removing, they tided up and left the house immaculate
The difference in heat retention in the house is outstanding since attack was sprayed

Very prompt and efficient service would recommend to others.

They were very punctual, clean & efficient. Thank you

Very fast and clean service

Excellent service from start to finish

I have noticed a significant difference in the heat in my house since getting the cost insulation in my attic, it's not at all cold up there now which makes the house extra toasty, it's def worth the money and I'm so happy I went ahead with it

My experience with cosy home insulation has been fantastic. From the time i contacted them until they had our home insulated. I want to praise Richie the surveyor and the girls i dealt with in the office. We live in a dormer house and it was very cold. Cold spots drafts mould and mildew. Pumping heating into it and still not warm. I was so tired of it. Since we got it insulated i am amazed every day of the difference. In these baltic conditions minus 6 i have a lovely cosy warm home. I cant honestly praise them enough. 🙌 i highly recommend Cosy Home Insulation

Very efficient. Very neat job.

Great company to deal with. From first inquiry to installation every person we dealt with were fantastic. We felt the difference in the house from day one.

A very good service, no issues, no problems, arrived on time, finished on time and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. Also, very helpful, answered any questions we had and very pleasant to deal with.
