I ordered my Anakin cosplay from them, and the quality was absolutely amazing! I'm 6'2", and it fit true to size and was extremely comfortable. I even got the boots in my size, and they fit perfectly. I had to make a few adjustments, but they were overall easy to do. I couldn't have asked for a better cosplay. Thank you! I definitely recommend them.

Ordered my daughter a Halloween costume from Cossky. It arrived in about two weeks but it was missing the mask. I emailed and they said to take clear pictures and that they couldn’t send a replacement because it wouldn’t be here by Halloween… they told me to order it on Amazon. I asked for a refund and still haven’t heard anything. Very, very disappointed and will never order from them again.

Company sent item with a stain, “no hassle” refund policy was anything but. Though they do not accept returns for almost anything, this was a stated reason, they wanted me to pay, which totaled about what I payed and opted instead for their 12% LOL refund, which they never paid back anyway.

$180 for a costume you can find for $50 on aliexpress. The quality is so bad it's embarrassing. When you ask for a refund they offer you 10% and tell you to sell it yourself. Avoid this company. Also, they flood review sites with fake positive reviews to try to offset all the bad reviews. Save yourself the trouble. I asked them to do a 50% refund and they refused that and told me to claim its value at under $50 when I ship it back. This in itself is an acknowledgement of how grossly overpriced the products are. I wouldn't have bought this at all if the pictures were an accurate representation.

Get 3 costume in 3 parcel, but so fast 😲 all fits good and looks nice! Love it and price not so big, thank you ❤

This company is based in China and they require that the customer pay for air mail returns, which is $50 from the US. Returns aren’t feasible. They do not provide a phone number for customer service on their website, which should have been my red flag not to order. No customer service or ability to return items.

Ordered 2 costumes. Only 1 shipped within the stated time period. The neck hole was a 17" circumference on an extremely cheaply-made mask. My head is 22". No way to stretch the latex 5". My 11yo couldn't even get it on. Cossky offered 10% back. So I paid 90% for a useless costume... no thanks. Then they offered 15%. When I refused that, they said I had to return it via Airmail (thats not the way it was shipped to me and they're just trying to get me to accept the 15%) or go with the 15% refund. Disputing it with PayPal as they have stopped responding.

I wish I would have read Cossky's negative reviews before I ordered. Their customer service is bad. They will not provide return instructions. The delivery time is more than double the time indicated on their website.
I didn't know when I ordered that this company, Cossky, simply drop-ships from China. I found the exact same costume on AliExpress for less.
Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company because they do not add any value or customer service for their additional markup.
My advise just look on AliExpress, if you find the same costume, it will be cheaper and delivered faster, probably from the exact same supplier Cossky is using to drop-ship from.

I ordered a BOB costume and was worried it would not arrive in time, I reached out via email and was assured I would have it in time. My emails were answered very quickly and the customer service was exceptional! I did receive it on time, with time to spare actually! The costume is GREAT! I highly recommend this place!! All of these products are cheaply made and they will make it 100% difficult to return your item for a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my bank due to them not responding.

I was hesitant about ordering from this company due to the mixed reviews and lack of return policy. First, my husband ordered a costume, which shipped within 2 days. We received it within 8 days. I felt comfortable ordering from them once I saw the first costume had shipped, so placed my order. Notably, the option to use PayPal was gone from their site. After placing my order, I received a very suspicious email from the company, asking me to pay them an additional $5 in order to ship my item, and a link to their website to “make up the difference”. I was extremely confused. I asked when my order would be shipped and got the same exact response, with a link to pay. Their reasoning was that the item had “upgraded”, whatever that means. Even though it was only $5, it bothered me deeply. We have since received my husband’s order, which was missing a portion of the costume. When we went back to the website, the listing had changed what was included!! Overall, I would not be ordering from this company again. They cannot conduct business this way and expect people to pay extra after-the-fact.

I ordered my daughter a blow up Shrek costume Sept.1 with the 7-10day processing shipment. Tomorrow will be Oct.1 and it’s still processing. I’ve been charged and they keep lying to me that it will process in the next few days. I guess I’m out money and need to get a new costume for my daughter somewhere else. Everyone should be wary of these people.

I ordered a costume a month ago and their website said it would be here in 8-14 business days so I’ve recently emailed them and they said “ We checked that your order is ready to ship but the costume package has upgraded now. We will ship it out ASAP if you are willing to pay $5 shipping fee.” WHAT?!

I ordered 2 different cosplays on the 26 of August having paid for them on the same day. to this they they haven't even shipped any of them!
I have sent several emails to them and the last response I got was "Your costume will be finished soon." on 18 of September, but still nothing.
I needed the cosplays for convection on the 12 of October but even IF they ship it today it won't get here on time.
Don't buy from them unless you want to wait several months for it!
