I bought two watches for my kids. They are great. The only thing I wish was better was the sound quality on calls and if it had video calling that would make it even better. It’s perfect for what I was looking to have it for.

Great looking watch for the kids. Durable and stylish. We had an issue with one of the watch batteries, customer service was very quick to respond and solved the issue. Highly recommend this watch and company.

My favorite feature? Knowing exactly where he is at all times. It’s the perfect balance of safety and fun, and it doesn’t need an entire tech degree to operate.

No internet, no distractions, just the essentials calls, GPS, and music. Plus, as a parent, you can control the contact list, so no unexpected "friend" requests from strangers.

I bought this for my daughter so that my wife and I can feel more confident letting her play with her friends in the neighborhood without our direct supervision and to give her more freedom to stay in touch with family that lives further away. We chose this one over Apple or other smart watch options because of price and features. It is generally a good value for money, but there are some trade offs. I'll break my thoughts down in terms of pros and cons:

Pros:
Lightweight
Easy to use
Calling and texting work as expected
Location services work as expected
Ability to set approved contacts means she won't get spam calls and we don't have to worry about who she is talking with.
She can take pictures with the watch camera, which are low quality, but it's fun for her.

Cons:
The form factor is a bit chunky, and it sticks out from her arm more than a normal watch
The watch doesn't feel as sturdy as some others, likely due to the plastic body
Calls volume is pretty quiet, even at the loudest volume
Texting on the small screen is difficult
Very few apps. My daughter loves music, but the only options are Spotify and iHeart Radio
Still waiting for the promised video calling functionality to be released.

Bought the cosmo jr track 4 for my 8 year old daughter and it has been the greatest thing we’ve done for her. Shes able to contact us at any time and we know where she is at all times, this is especially great for kids that do sports!!

This is a handy little watch that is a good first step towards teaching tech responsibility.
We like how easy it was to set up and modify. The phone and features work really well and the location finder is helpful to know that the kids have gotten off the bus and are home.
I'd say one place for improvement is the charger interface. Many nights I'll ask my son to put the watch on the charger and he thinks he's done it, but the contacts have a lot of "wiggle" room and I usually have to remember to go back and adjust it to get them alingned.

I am so incredibly grateful for Cosmo. I was unsure that my son was ready for a phone yet. I wanted some way to keep in touch with him and be able to make sure he knew of any last-minute changes. This watch has made all of our lives so much easier by being able to get into contact directly with our son. It’s such a great device and he loves the little apps that he can use.

The watch does what it needs to. My son can text and call contacts. However, two issues. Frequently for the first few months, whenever my son or I went on it, it made us reset up the watch, which is bizarre. I contacted support and the fix seems to have worked (mostly), but it was frustrating.

Second, the battery life is awful. My son barely uses it and it drains in like three days. I don't understand how it can do that just sitting idly or off at home.

Great purchase for our daughter that is 11 and has been having issues being a little too attached to her phone. This lets her keep in touch with her friends, lets us be able to talk to her and keep an eye on her, without extra distractions that phones provide. And it's a lot harder to lose than a phone, since it's on her wrist. She loves that she can customize the phone with a decorative and protective case, colorful strap, as well as wallpapers and ringtones. Overall the UI is simple and easy to use. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with pre-teens!

At first I really liked this watch. It seemed like a great improvement over the Gabb watch we had previously. However, the longer we had it the more some cracks started to show. It would make my daughter do the set up again randomly throughout the day. It wouldn't make calls for seemingly no reason. People could call in but she couldn't call out. But today was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. My daughter will be out of the house all day and evening and needs to be in contact for rides. We woke up to the watch in "Android Recovery". First I emailed support and got a "we'll respond in 24-48 hours" which obviously wasn't helpful. So then I called. I got a nice but very robotic agent who said that once the watch is in this mode, it's stuck and they would have to send me a replacement. I asked about all the photos and things accumulated on the watch and was told they were just gone (cue child in tears). When I expressed frustration with the situation and explained that I needed my daughter in contact I got a very cold and uncaring "I understand. If you'd prefer to cancel instead of getting a replacement, we can do that." Overall, I am just really disappointed and disenchanted with Cosmo. I am out of pocket for a paperweight, another one won't be here for 5 days, I have no way of contacting my daughter today, and I don't get the impression Cosmo cares much or that this won't happen again. Frustrating.

After having this watch approximately 10 days I am very please so far. There was a slight mixup with shipping but customer service was excellent and we received the watch in time. The features are excellent and intuitive. The parental controls are a key selling point for the watch.

No internet, no games, just a solid smartwatch for kids. It keeps them safe, lets them listen to music, and has an amazing battery life. It's water resistant and has a sleek look with different color wristbands, Couldn’t ask for more!

Overall, we've been pleased with these watches. My daughters received them for Christmas. I deducted a star because sometimes the call quality is not clear and tracking has a bit of a delay.

Great for kids independence and communication! Since getting the Cosmo watch, my daughter is more confident when going out in the neighborhood. For practices when we-drop off/pick-up, she keeps the watch in her bag just as a reassurance she can reach us at anytime. She is also messaging relatives more often that don't live close by. It's great to see her developing those relationships more on her own.

Got it for my 9yo and it gives us piece of mind when he rides his bike with friends. Battery could last a little longer, but you definitely get more than one day. The rubber band lost its buckle, I’m sure some fault lies with my son. But, it came with an extra band. Overall very satisfied. Good value vs other options.

We bought a Cosmo Track 4 for our 8 year old. It allows exploration and learning with text messages plus voice and video calls to limited contacts. Incoming spam calls are not something that gets through. You have to add just the contacts you want you kid to be able to reach and you can add/delete people. We keep it very limited to parents and a couple of trusted relatives. It is a great tool for learning about responsible use of technology and the tracking features can be set to notify when the watch enters or leaves areas that I choose. This helps me know what my child is up to and find the watch if it gets left behind. I like asking, “Do you know where your watch is?” to prompt my kid to think about how he takes care of his things and to get him to learn to keep it on so we can benefit from the tracking and communication. We love that he’s learning tech and responsibility in safe, controlled environments. The monthly price is reasonable given the communication features and we bought the watch itself during a sale. We are not using all features yet, but plan to add things like music over time to avoid this feeling like a toy. For us, this brand offered the best features and we were looking for something just like this - a learning and communication tool that will set him up for success with tech. He can have fun changing backgrounds and editing ring tones without any distracting games or annoying features. We don’t usually buy protection for tech products, but we pay $3/month for this one in case something happens. So far, so good! The optional watch bands and screen protectors were helpful but I don’t think the bigger bulkier screen protector is necessary. It made the watch more difficult to use. My son had trouble getting it to recognize his finger. The stick-on screen protectors have been good.

Great watch. Gives kids the ability to free type text, send pictures, check weather all while under easy to navigate parent controls.

And. Customer service is a real human. I had my problem resolved in under 2 minutes. Save yourself from the store that rhymes with Horizon and go with this watch.
