ZERO Stars. Avoid this company and their junk products altogether. Ordered six lumi-boards for my six grandkids. $195. They came and they were the size of my hand. On their ads they show boards large enough to put a coloring page on to trace. False advertising. They were mailed from China then Brooklyn. They took over three weeks to get here. They said I could send them back. They want me to mail them to Australia and shipping is over $100. Site says refunds are at their discretion and all items will be throughly inspected. I only opened one lumi board. It’s too much of a risk for me to take to send them back then be out $300. This company is a scam and a fraud and should be sued for false advertising. The product they sent I wouldn’t even accept for free. Complete junk.

Shipping was from China; it almost took a month. The item has zero directions and it is very flimsy and cheap. I’m almost embarrassed to give it as a gift. Piece of junk. I ordered a coloring pages set and it’s just a QR code to print from a printer. I inquired and it took a long time for customer service to respond. Waste of hard earned money. They make it look so amazing-it’s not.

What was to be the major gift for 2 grandchildren was a total disappointed. Small in size, only operates when plugged in with extremely short cord. Difficult to clean off when used once.

Ordered on the 8th. Your website has been unavailable to track the order for 3 day's. If I get no response, I'll refute and cancel the payment. Unacceptable!

Received late and broken! The light doesn't even work! What a waste of time and money.

3 weeks for shipping from order date; missing instruction booklets. Have you noticed there’s always only “7” items left as the quantity to induce buying the item—misleading advertising! The LED is NOT rechargeable because it only operates if it is plugged in by the very short power cord. The TODAY SHOW should be careful of the products it endorses.

I checked shipping status after being charged and there was no order pending. The company says I must have fallen victim to a hack as they have no record but my credit card company paid Cosmody. Where do I turn to get a refund? This should be a minus 1 on stars. This company needs investigated and dismantled.

i ordered the large board and got a very tiny one. i paid for the large. very disappointing. never order from you again.

I ordered on November 23rd for 4 grandchildren - 2 large and 2 small. I contacted them when it wasn't here and they wanted to charge my charge card $40 to talk to customer service to track the package. I had already done that and was about at the end of my patience because they keep you on the chat until you are so frustrated that you will do it. Not me. I told them I was calling American Express and they would just take my money back from you. Then they told me if they didn't help me they would only keep $5.99 of the $40.00. Then I told them I knew they were a scam and that I will get my money back from them from Amex . If it's too good to be true it's a scam, we know it we are warned there are people like you around.

absolutely horrible!!! Ordered over a month ago and still have not received it. The BEST tracking says it was handed off to local carrier, but no tracking number for that carrier. When I contacted customer service they just keep refering me back to the BEST tracking number. Should have ordered from Amazon. grrrrr

Terrible customer service (no response). No tracking definitive timeframe. Substandard product. I disputed with my credit card company and got my money back. Shameful, unethical, unreputable, misinformation.

Product screen has finger prints and scratches on screen when it came. I requested to return and they said I had to ship it to Australia. Shipping was more expensive than product. Really cheaply made product. Scam company

This is a total scam never gave me an order number or tracking number when I tried to contact them never returned any messages!
They beat me for 60 bucks!

ordered 30 days ago and has not arrived. when I inquire with Cosmody they send me to the shipping company who has no customer service option. all I get is a screen that says there was a weather delay a week ago. and it has been beautiful since then. Do not buy from this company.

I have never encountered such a deceitful business as Cosmody. I attempted to cancel an order but was told it had already been shipped. The website was set up to charge in my local currency, yet I was charged in US dollars, effectively double the expected price. Eight days after being told the order was shipped, I received a notification that delivery had been arranged and the package was awaiting pickup. Overall, the experience felt like being ripped off and scammed.

This is not the real website. Just got ripped off and no response to try to return my gifts

Ordered this in November for my granddaughter’s Christmas present still not here. Shipping update just says “on its way”. What a joke.. I bet they’re laughing all the way to the bank. What a scam.
