BY THE WAY THIS WAS FEW WEEKS AFTER RETURNING DUE TO COVID 19

After receiving a DEPT RECOVERY LETTER STATING I HAD TO PAY OVER £363 Because I had not paid my invoices due to COVID I was quite SHOCKED TO SAY THE LEAST
AND IN THE MEAN TIME THEY HAD CLOSED ALL MY WEBSITE AND EMAILS IS I DID EVERYTHING THROUGH THEM NO EXPLICATION OR EMAIL OR EVEN A LETTER SO MUCH SO I COULDN'T GET ANY EMAILS OR CUSTOMERS LOOKING AT MY WEBSITE AND ITS BEEN WEEKS NOW CAN YOU IMAGINE MY DISTRESS AT SUCH A DIFFICULT TIME IT WAS A NIGHTMARE “at such a time when we are supposed to be in this together.
SO I RANG EXPLAINED TO THE LADY BECAUSE OF COVID THE BUSINESS WAS STRUGGLING AS I DID NOT GET ANY HELP FROM GOVERNMENT SO PAYMENTS WHERE TAKING LONGER TO PAY BUT THEY WILL EVENTUALLY BE PAID IT IS GOING YO TAKE LONGER THAT WAS IN JUNE AND I HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING TILL I RECEIVED THIS DEPT LETTER FROM A DEPT AGENCY I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE. WHY DID YOU NOT CONTACT ME???????! TO RESOLVE

She made sure that everybody involved with this process did what they had to do to get our site up and running in a timely manner. We are very pleased to say the least.

Been with Hibu for years something has really changed sales rep only calls when it’s time to renew when u have a problem it’s a call center in India or something barly speak English and just put you on hold but when you change your cc a real American person will call you fast I’m done with this company they showed me how many emails I got they was all spam porno emails not one job

Words can't express how hard it is to cancel your account with this company. I had 2 accounts for 2 different businesses and they made it a nightmare to cancel. We had to pay our attorney to get out of the contract! I had to pay for over a years service while dealing with this issue. The 2nd company was closed and again was charged for over a year and never received a statement and impossible to cancel the contract. BEWARE!!!

Hibu as great! They think of everything! The build takes time but it is worth it! They did great work and made sure our input was in there. So even though it is their ideas, our site is definately our site and has our touches!

So far everything is great Hibu representatives keeps me in the loop, answers any questions I may have and shows me ways to keep involved by accessing my dashboard.

Hibu was wonderful to work with they explained everything very well so I could understand the process I highly recommend this company
