Bob had one of the first 30 minute…
Bob had one of the first 30 minute infomercials on TV. Was one of the few, really, really few, that went against the FDA, that said only chemotherapy, radiation and surgery were the only, 👉 only 👈 ways to cure an illness. Where Bob was curing the natural way and became a government agency villain ( but not to me )

Tracker system wasn’t updating
Received my package on time although the tracker system wasn’t updating. It stayed “stuck” in Michigan and then all of a sudden a few days later it updated as being delivered later that day. Other than that the products were delivered in good shape.

After reading an article on the lack of…prevention of bone loss
After reading an article on the lack of women suffering with Osteoporosis in Japan.
I discovered that the women collect sea shells. Wash clean and sterilize them before crushing them to powder and taking the powder to prevent this disease.
I looked into the best supplier, and discovered Bobs Best. I have taken this product for 15 years now.

My order was shipped with DHL ,I did…
My order was shipped with DHL ,I did not get any notice that my order arrived only that when it arrives I need to sign for it and pay duty. When the order got here I was not notified ,so the pkg. sat here for two weeks and then it was shipped back to you. When I called to inquire they told me the I need to pay for shipping again and then it will be mailed to me .I'm annoyed I should not have to pay twice for shipping. The error was not mine. I would like a refund for the shipping.Thank you Brigita Toth

HI Brigita, I am so sorry for this experience. We expected DHL to do a better job. I'm sure that you know, we do not control the collection of duty on shipments. I see that DHL really dropped the ball and caused us both a mess. Again, I apologize for this. And yes, charging you shipping again was not thought out or understood correctly on our side. I have refunded the additional amount that we collected from you for the reship. In the future, please give us a call with any concerns. Thanks for allowing us to take care of you.
Regards,
Brad

Good product.
Like the product but did not want an automatic delivery. We prefer to order on our own not a subscription.

Hi Linda, I am sorry that you placed your order with Auto Shipping without understanding. We certainly do not want to ship you unless you want to. I am happy to see that you called us today and we were able to remove the auto ship and allow you to order when you need to. If you have too many bottles and want to return a few, please do so and we will refund you for them immediately. Thanks
