Hi Bill, it was nice speaking with you the other day. Yes - During the Canada Postal Strike, we were forced to use UPS to get your shipment to you. The cost was more on our end but we did so to take care of our clients. I was sorry to hear that UPS charged such extreme fees to deliver your order. We normally use the US Postal Service which is much less expensive. We will not use UPS again to ship into Canada unless we are forced to again. The extra cost and expense to you was a concern of mine and the reason why I chose to provide you with such a generous discount on your most recent order. We appreciate you and look forward to taking care of you now and in the future with the best client service available. Thanks!

Hi Wesley, we are so sorry that you did not receive your order in the time that you expected. I can assure you that after you placed your order on New Years Eve, we immediately packed and shipped your order the the next business day the morning of Jan 2, 2025. As you know, we were closed on New Years Day. Also, the Postal Service was closed for the Internment of President Carter during this time. Tracking shows that you received your order in 6 business days. Most of our packages are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. I see that you are in the Los Angeles area, our prayers are with all who have been affected by the fires. Please stay safe.

Hi Kathy, I am very sorry for the delay. We shipped your order the very next day. It is a shame but your postal strike has caused your package to be held up. This is out of our control. I would appreciate you adjusting your 1 star review to a 5 star. It is not our fault. You can call us if you would like to discuss and see if there is a way to get you the product through UPS (with additional shipping cost). We want to help you. Please call. Thanks
