Wish I had discovered earlier …
Easy form to fill out and a very competitive quote, far easier than several other companies I’ve used over the years. Many will not even accept annual travel for older travellers and a reasonable surcharge for cruise additions

I hadn't received my confirmation email…
I hadn't received my confirmation email (my fault)and the situation was dealt with very professionally by the young lady who dealt with me.
Also initially the booking website was very straightforward.
