The strap on the bag for my 3 year old Coolcabana recently broke. Coolcabana stepped right up and provided a new one. Thank you Coolcabana!

I have 2 cool cabanas for over 2 years now. I absolutely love them, easy to put up and sturdy. Lots of shade for the family or just the 2 of us.

Recently I had to order a part and Will at Cool Cabanas was VERY responsive and we chatted on email back and forth with NO DELAY. No red tape, no customer service that have broken English! INSTANT replies!

I bought my cabana a few years ago and use it all the time, and convinced at least five friends to get one of their own. Their reps were really helpful when the carrying case broke.

Very responsive to issue with carrying case. Resolved quickly! Loved using at the beach as it was easy to set up and take down. Did very well in the wind and provided amazing shade and sun protection!

The cabana is very easy to put up and folds nicely into the carrying bag.
The bag has two carrying straps. The straps on my bag broke after 1 year and infrequent usages. I contacted the company, they told me to order a new bag and they would credit the cost.
And they did, no questions asked.

I purchased my Coolcabana several years ago but only started using it last summer. After the 2nd time using it, one of the poles snapped and I was so bummed. I thought to myself...they'll never care since I bought this years ago. I took a chance and emailed customer service with photos and they were so nice to replace the part I needed for FREE! Thank you SO MUCH! I cannot wait to use this again.

Totally impressed not only with the product but with the customer service as well. I needed a small replacement part that was damaged because of my actions and they shipped it out immediately, no charge.

Will was very responsive and quick with email responses. I bought the tent and then decided to go back for the grass kit since we loved the tent so much and we received the discount initially offered with the tent purchase after our tent first use!

In July 2025, I contacted the Customer Service team of CoolCabanas for a replacement stake. (The original stake became bent when in use.) The CS Team's response was fast, courteous, and hassle-free. Their response showed that they stand behind their product and actually care about what their customers think about their company. Thanks, Will and CS Team!

We have had our cool cabana for 3 years. The storage bag handle dry rotted. I reached out to the warranty dept and they responded back with a replacement in yhr same day! We will have our new bag by the weekend ! What awesome costumer service!! I highly recommend cool cabanas. They go up and down quick and easy !

I've had my cabana for a few years and I love it! Very easy to set up and take down, even for one person. On top of that, I had a small problem with one of the poles for my cabana. I ordered the replacement part they told me I needed, and then I received a refund for my purchase! Great product and great customer service!!

Awful. Do NOT order from this website. If you have any issues with your order there is no phone number or chat or other way to get customer support. You can email and get a response from a bot “within 1-2 business days”. I’m not sure how a company can get away with not replying to customers? A huge pain. Very disappointing.

We own 2 cabanas and they work great. Easy to put up and down, wind resistant, excellent quality. The customer service is also outstanding. We had one small problem and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company and their products.
