We've had our CoolCabana for almost 10 years, problem free! The original travel bag was finally starting to look a little worn. Purchased their replacement bag, great quality, great fit! They were also able to quickly resolve an order error, my fault, no questions asked. Great service, great product!

We have had our CoolCabana for years and have loved it. Easy to put up and take down. Provides plenty of shade and has held up really well.

We were at the NJ Shore and a blast of high wind damaged one of the arms. I ordered up a replacement arm (very reasonable price btw) without measuring.

Well…. I ordered the wrong size. I sent a message to customer service on how to process a return. They told me not to worry about the return and issued a refund (for my mistake). Now that is 5-star customer service.

I have been using my Coolcabanas (I have 2; a large and medium) for about 5 years and I LOVE them! Today the bag strap that carries my medium one broke. I emailed the company to see if I could purchase a new bag. Within minutes I received a response back about how to get the new back and get it for free (covered under warranty I guess). Such great customer service as well as a great product. I tell EVERYONE about Coolcabanas any chance I get! Thank you for a great product!

There product is superior to others and lately I have seen many copycat product.
I live in Florida and use my cabana regularly ,has I go to my beach at least 4 times a week. Superior construction and ease of set up is a bonus. Will definitely buy again if my unit ever dies.

The wrong address was accidentally automated from Shop not realizing… and i had recently moved they were quick and easy to work with and the issue was fixed

We have used these cabanas for a few years and really enjoy the portability and ease of setup. We have multiple grandchildren and have found that the shade quality is perfect for protection from the sun and heat. We ordered a couple more cabanas with a replacement bag and the staff stayed in contact to ensure we received their product and we knew how to set the cabanas up. We will definitely continue to purchase as our family grows.

Will from customer care handled a problem I had obtaining a replacement part for my cabana in a timely manner. He kept me informed with updates and went beyond expectations to solve my problem. Every company needs to have an employee like Will.

First of all, the coolcabana is the nicest beach purchase we've made. We've gone through several different little umbrellas, or other shade setups and it's a pain. I can setup this cabana by myself in about 5 minutes.. We use it every weekend for the past 12 months, and fabric is still mint condition. No rust, no damage, and theres lots of sand and salt around. Not to mention it can get very windy at the beach in Florida. Holds up extremely well. Secondly, support is very responsive, and instantly helpful. I've nearly been killed 3 times by flying umbrellas, and watch people setting up those 4 pole deals, need 3 people, and 30+ minutes. No thanks. CoolCabana for life!

My shipping and billing address are different and I had the wrong shipping address. They immediately corrected it, and my cabanas were delivered to the right address! I can’t wait to use them.

Wife and I are already owners of a CoolCabana and we love it, but we only needed a replacement bag as the handles had ripped. At the time of emailing Will, I was deployed. I explained the specifics of it all to him and he was able to refund my new bag after I had ordered a new one. Big props to him! Super helpful and easy to work with. Additionally, nothing but good things from CoolCabana in general.

Wonderful experience with Cool Cabanas customer service. My issue was a lost product and the representative explained how to get a replacement . We have completely love out Cool Cabanas and their customer support team has been as amazing as their product! They have a repeat customer here and I would highly recommend them to others.

CoolCabanas is the best beach product to ever come along! So simple to use for both assembly and pulling down. I continue to be amazing how these hold up when the wind picks up.
