The price is great. The items arrived - eventually. At first I was sceptical as there was little communication and no means to track progress - just a vague 'You'll get a text/email 2 days before to confirm delivery.'

The website is easy to use and payment procedures was not complex.

Overall, the bed is great - it's the backend communication side that perhaps needs a bit more work, to reassure customers.

Absolutely fantastic service. I kept messing up my order...they answered emails immediately...one I sent late at night and one early the next morning..both were answered and I was reassured within minutes.
Then to my delight he personally delivered it that same day, at teatime...less than 24 hours after ordering Said he was going away the following morning and wanted to make sure I had it before he went. Now that's service...especially in this day and age! 💯 recommend 👌

I've just seen someone saying the good reviews are fake! Well, mine IS NOT. Genuinely thrilled to bits with the product and service .

Requested a couple of swatches first, which arrived day after next. Purchased headboard arrived a few days later and easily me my expectations.

Easy to use and very fast getting back to you.

Bought a headboard and Ottoman and really pleased with them

Ordered an ottoman. The feet donot fit and the buttons of the button back effect on the lid are broken. They do not respond to my emails
Over £100 for a piece of junk. They actually expect me to print a return label and carry it to a post office!!!
This is not possible and the post office won’t accept it even if I did manage to get it there.
Quality of product is poor, after sales service terrible.

I otder the headboard fixing screws. Was advised they would arrive on the Wednesday, to my surprise they arrived today, Monday, 2 days early. Excellent service.

Company stole my money, lied about delivery, and never ever got bed or a refund, snide company and I reckon the good reviews are fake. Stiched me up by telling me to cancel PayPal dispute as was all in hand, knowing I couldn't reopen dispute.

After two weeks contacted company as item hadn't arrived. Apparently the courier said it got damaged and returned it.
Bed head arrived in tack a couple of days later. Very pleased with item. However communication skills needs some work.

Ordered a king ottoman got a call a week later to agree a delivery slot between 10am and 12am on Friday. On friday got a message to say would be delivered by 8pm. Waited in all day didnt turn up, status on amazon changed to delayed. Rang and messaged the company the next day they finaly contacted us, they put us in touch with the courier as they hadnt got a clue why it didnt arrive. The courier said it got damaged and would have to be remade. Cut a long story short it arrived a week late. We spent a week sleeping on the floor as we had got rid of our old bed to make room. Dreadfull customer service

I ordered an ottoman side lift bed from coolbeds. It arrived really quickly and in perfect order.

Great Service arrived on time.

Divan bed clips delivered the day after ordering and have rectified the problem of the two parts of the bed base moving apart. Thank you.

For such a modest price the bed is fantastic. Plush and lovely headboard. For my son when home from university so I have not slept in it but mattress feels lovely and springy. Delivery great very pleased overall.

Value for money, quick and efficient service. I would recommend all my friends and family.
