My problems with """Cool bed " continues. After my trustpilot review they contacted me via email asking me to edit or delete my review promising to collect item I want to return. Crickets afterwards , so I rang them . Miraculously they've answered and told me that collection company will contact me to arrange for specific date . I've told them.ok , any day is OK EXCEPT Thursday as we have commitments we cannot change. Today ( Wednesday) collection company rang me around 15.00 telling me that they are coming to collect matteres .....tomorrow ( Thursday) . I said that I have to cancel this collection as nobody will be at home and that there is no point for a van to come from Yorkshire to Devon for nothing. They said , they cannot amend this arrangement and that only "Cool bed" can do that . I have also been informed that my collection will be marked as ""failed attempt"". I tried to rang ""Cool bed""" but no answer.
I also checked both bed and collection company on gov.uk. They are both based in Dewsbury.
Is it possible that the same people or their family members are connected to both ?
The "" collection"" was organised in such way as if it was never going to happen and it put me in a position of inflexible or even obstructive customer who does not give item back when company arrives for collection
Amount of time and stress I've spent dealing with them is unacceptable.!

Required a joining clip for our Divan style bed. Found them on the Cool Bed website.
Placed order and it was dispatched the following day. It was well packaged and arrived two days after placing order

Great mattress, very happy with it, nice and supportive but also soft to sleep on.

I purchased some divan bed headboard m8 bolts they are very good quality

Only received the plastic pieces,no bolts.
Not much good without.
Waste of money that was.
Won't order from cool bed again.

Just what we needed to fix a headboard to a divan bed. Quick delivery and good quality screws.

The bed was absolutely lovely. The delivery guy was very professional. He put the bed together in my room of choice and took away all the packaging. It was an all round good experience and I'm one satisfied customer.

Never received my bed and having to sleep on the floor as they keep saying work with us when I asked for my money back. Not impressed at all and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, you sent only one pack of bedhead bolts (M8 * 90mm) , when I had ordered and paid for two.
I have written to you to print this out and asked for speedy delivery of the 2nd set but have not yet had a reply from you

Great product delivered well with in the times given and very friendly and helpful delivery men. Highly recommended

Easy to use the app and ordering system, communication quick and consistent even when the delivery van broke down it was communicated straight away. The bed itself is lovely, unfortunately just one scuff on one of the bases & corner of the headboard (very small) but overall it’s lovely.
