Great service, the work is excellent and on time. Prices are very reasonable. Dave fixed the broken charging port on my iPhone 5se and screen on iPhone 7. The old screen was a replacement and the new one is a much higher quality unit. It cost less than last time and I could have had the phone in one hour... The guys who fixed the screen last time were mail order took over three weeks.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very knowledgeable and was able to check my device and give me good advice.

We had an iPad Pro and iPad mini, both with cracked screens. The friendly service David gave was excellent from start to finish and we’re very happy with the result, as he only uses very good quality screens as replacements. There were no issues at all in the performance of either iPad once fixes, as good as new. Would highly recommend.

Have to agree with all previous reviews! Was told my iPhone was beyond repair by two other places. Would not power on and was stuck on Apple logo then nothing. Took my Samsung to Conway's which he fixed and then they took a look at the iPhone which I collected next day working! Surprised and delighted. Great price and lovely people who know their stuff. Will not go elsewhere again. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Dave enough. He helped me 4 or so years ago at very short notice when I’d shattered my phone screen, I haven’t used nor would I trust anyone else since.
Recently I managed to drop my phone in water and I thought it was a goner! Dave advised me even while on holiday and looked at my phone on the first day of his return. He managed to bring my phone back to life and not only that went above and beyond the expected service with helping me set up a number of things. He’d saved everything on my phone and I got it back a day later as if nothing had happened. Also really, really reasonably priced - especially given you are getting a professional service instead of trusting a random shop.
So grateful for excellent service and have been really eager to recommend to all of my friends and family/ work colleagues.

Couldn’t recommend Dave at Conway Comms enough. Pleasure to deal with and a fast and quality service. Had a cracked iPhone 6 screen which was fixed/replaced within a few hours, good quality manufacturer replacement at a good price too. If ever needed again, will be straight back to him.
