Outstanding window company!
Brilliant company to deal with from start to finish and they did an amazing job! The windows look fantastic, exactly the way we needed them to, like our old ones. Communication has been excellent and the fitters did a super speedy job to a very high standard. They also squeezed us in before Xmas, despite being busy. Very competitive pricing too, we checked a number of companies but none beat their prices. No hesitation in thoroughly recommending them and would use them again.

Disgraceful!
I cannot express enough how bad this company is. Their communication and customer service is beyond shocking !
10 months since paid deposit and still not resolved. After 9 months gave an option to just walk away and they still havent honoured their commitment.
Left a review and got messaged with promises again. 1 week later still not got back to us again !
So many other companies to choose. Dont take the risk ! Go elsewhere.
Dont get let down like us.
Its going to cost us a lot more than what would be the balance to get a compnay in to finish their shoddy workmanship replace the windows that dont work /open and finish work they cant do.
Re reply below ! I have evidence fully to support and evidence if money being offered to remove my review. I will too be reporting to trust pilot alongside trading standards and the information commissioner.

Follow up jan 26 Again several false promises messaged my husband to say I was a vile person for my reviews
Last 2 days I have been found and contacted by other customers whom have had the same issues. 1 customer has lost 25k same lies told. Same false promises 1
Now I know why the companies house records keep changing !
I have report the company to both trustpilot and CMA for there bailmail or promise of payment to delete reviews as a moral person i dont want money people should know !
We are now pursuing legal action alongside the other customers who have contacted us.

Brilliant Proffesional Company
I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by this company. The entire process was highly efficient, from the initial quote to the completion of the job.
The windows themselves are a high-quality product and have made a noticeable difference to my home. They changed and replaced with newer more safe and efficient windows (9+ XL) and these were some very difficult windows to replace, especially being on a grade 2 listed it needed to be to specification and they handled everything absolutely perfect.
A particular highlight was the professional conduct of the team. They took great care to clean up thoroughly after themselves and, most importantly, did not leave until I was completely happy with everything. The finishing and attention to detail is nothing short of 5 standard!
Craig, thank you so much for a seamless and positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent and reliable service
I recently had 8 windows installed with secondary glazing and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient and completed all work within the timescale agreed. The installation was carried out to a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy.
Throughout, they were easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. It is clear they take pride in their work and service. I’d happily recommend them if you want a good reliable and professional service. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys :)

The best quality and price!
TPD are simply the best. From start to finish of the process 10 out of 10. Their professionalism, customer service, quality and price are second to none. I had many quotes and pushy sales people coming to my door and I found TPD on line and they gave a virtual design without any pushy sales and gave me a quote within an hour. I went ahead 6 weeks ago and my new windows and doors just look the best in the whole street. I have my neighbours asking where I got them but I don't want to share with anyone else haha.

Simply The Best
I found TPD on line and gave them a call to ask about replacement windows. They were very helpful, courteous and friendly so I agreed to a survey. Lynda arrived and was most efficient which gave me confidence. I was quoted a very reasonable price which I accepted and given a date for fitting. Everything and everyone arrived on time and undamaged and the work was carried out to an extremely high standard.
I should add that I live on the Isles of Scilly but TPD were not put off by the logistics of getting everything over here, unlike a lot of mainland companies who just aren’t interested.
I would recommend TPD unhesitatingly to give a really exceptional service at a very reasonable cost. They are simply the best.

Great Service!
Craig and his team, Dean and Steve have been most helpful. They have answered all questions quickly and bent over backwards to ensure that the windows were exactly what I needed.

These guys are gold! I was pretty sceptical when the landlady chose Trade Prices Direct Ltd. as you usually think who ever is the most expensive is the best but on this occasion you couldn’t be further from the truth. The whole team was amazing from arranging the order, delivery to window fitting and it was affordable! 4 windows in a day, perfectly done and even cleaned and hoovered b4 they left! We can finally open our windows and the noise reduction is amazing. Thank you Steve, Craig, Molly and fitters it was truly a pleasure having such polite, professional and tidy team in the house!

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service - Was informed that our order would take 4-6 weeks from the date of payment. We are now at 12 weeks and TPD has been very difficult to get hold of, no updates or communication for the delay was given until we started chasing. Each time we eventually get hold of them they say two weeks and then nothing. This has caused significant delays to our project and cost implications.

Had a great experience getting a survey done for new double glazing. Craig was super friendly and helpful over the phone, explained everything clearly and made it really easy to get booked in. Linda came out to do the survey and she was just as lovely — professional, friendly, and really thorough. The whole process felt really smooth and straightforward. Would definitely recommend!
