Excellent bit of software and very fast…
Excellent bit of software and very fast responsive customer service. A few tweaks are needed and occasionally a delay with syncing but features and improvements are constantly being added so looking forward to what else they will add.

The perfect solution for me
Really happy with the product. Just what I need for my online record store selling through several marketplace platforms and my own website. Like with all technical products sometimes the support provides is as important as the product. Disconnects customer support are great, really responsive and super attentive.

Works great
3 years running now and Disconnect has been working GREAT!! Syncing to our own website and Ebay is simple and quick!! Would recommend to all Discogs sellers!!

The only service able to synchronize…
The only service able to synchronize your store/web store with Discogs.
There are still a few bugs from time to time to be solved (with Square system) but the customer service is super-fast to assist you.
Bottom line, it's worth it.

Good Customer Service

A gem in the armour of record selling
A gem in the armour of record selling. Being able to cross-list from Discogs as your central inventory point and also bring orders into ShipStation has made selling on Discogs a seamless, automated experience. I had an issue where I was hitting my selling limit on eBay due to items not being ended on eBay but just left out of stock- and the guys have come up with a fix. Seriously great support and solid solution!

The service runs quite well bar 1 bug
The service runs quite well, there is one very annoying bug though that I reached out to the support team about and unfortunately they have no fix for it.
If you cancel an order on Shopify, the items will automatically be relisted on Discogs - and vis versa. This requires consistent manual oversight to make sure you don't continuously sell a singular out of stock item, which can easily happen as when the items are listed on Discogs people who are searching for the item get notifications and snap it up as soon as it's listed.
