The details mentioned in this review are not accurate and misleading. All responses from our side were provided within 24 hours. The delays in resolving the issue occurred because the credentials provided in the ticket were incorrect, which prevented us from accessing your store to investigate the problem. The delay is totally from your end.
Each time we checked the ticket, we were unable to log in using the details provided. To clarify this, we even shared a video recording demonstrating that the credentials were not working.
Your last response in the ticket was on the 5th, and we replied on the 6th with the video evidence showing the login issue. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further response from you after that.
Please note that our support system automatically sends reminder emails for 5 days when a ticket is awaiting a customer reply. Reminder emails were sent on the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th. Since there was no response, the system automatically closed the ticket on the 12th.
We always aim to provide prompt and helpful support to all customers. If you would still like assistance, you are welcome to reopen the ticket or contact us again with the correct access details and we will be happy to help.
We kindly request that you reconsider this review as it does not reflect the actual timeline of the support interaction.

I purchased the Google tracking…
I purchased the Google tracking integration module and initially experienced some issues getting it to work properly on my store. At first, I was concerned because the module did not function as expected in my specific setup.
Although there was a slight delay in support compared to what I initially expected, the team did respond and worked on identifying the cause of the issue. In the end, everything was resolved within a reasonable timeframe and the module is now working correctly.
I appreciate the effort put into fixing the problem and the technical adjustments made for my setup. Overall, the situation had a positive outcome, and I’m satisfied with the final result.

You had the time to leave negative feedback, but not to respond to or cooperate on the support ticket. The issue appears to be related to site modifications or a third-party extension conflict. However, without access to review the setup, it’s not possible for me to investigate and help, especially when the support is being provided free of charge.
